Welcome to The Vertical Lift Condo! Relax in the hot tub and snuggle up in front of the cozy fireplace after a fun day on the mountain! Facing west, the condo balcony has the best unobstructed sunset views at Snowshoe. In the heart of the Village of Snowshoe you'll be less than a 1 minute walk to the lifts and all of the restaurants that Snowshoe has to offer. Enjoy access to the building amenities: hot tub, sauna, gym, ski locker, bike storage, and paid garage parking.

The space
r>This updated condo has a new sectional sleeper sofa, with a memory foam mattress, and a new memory foam mattress in the bedroom. Enjoy the mountain views from the balcony and the cozy gas fireplace. The kitchen is fully equipped if you would like to cook your own meals. It also has new stainless steel appliances in the kitchen as well as a breakfast bar eating area.
Kitchen includes:
-coffee pot
-toaster
-hand mixer
-large crock pot
-blender
-various pots and pans
-knives and various cooking utensils
-mixing bowls
-glass baking dish and various metal baking pans
-cutting boards
-plates, bowls, flatware, glasses, and mugs

Guest access
Guests have access to the entire condo except for the owner's closet and the HVAC closet. If either one is opened, forcibly or otherwise, a minimum of $200 charge will be assessed as well as charged for any and all missing items.
Guests have access to all of the Rimfire Lodge amenities (hot tubs, sauna, gym, laundry, etc.), but due to construction in the building, some of the amenities may be limited or closed completely. As of right now all of the amenities are open, but that could change at a moments notice. We are very sorry if any of the amenities are closed at the last minute, but we have no control over the local government or building management.
Guests also have paid access to Split Rocks Pool near Allegheny Springs.

Other things to note
Snowshoe is 8.9 miles from Green Bank, WV which is a designated quiet zone due to the Green Bank Observatory. Because of this, cell phone service is very limited all over the mountain. Wifi is available in Rimfire Lodge and throughout most of the Village, but can be slow and unreliable if demand is high.

Extra charges:
$20/day for each extra person will be charged if more people than stated on the initial booking are in the condo
$200 extra cleaning fee if the condo is left dirty (excessive trash or food left, guest check out instructions are not completed, etc.)
$50/15 minute increment late check out fee if any guests remains in the condo after designated check out time, but this does not constitute possession of the condo for the day. Any possessions left in the condo for more than 1 hour after the check out time will be taken to Snowshoe security.
$200/day of reservation smoking fee if anyone smokes in the condo.
$200/day of reservation per pet if a pet is brought into the condo.
