Stayed Dec 28, 2020We booked for a last minute getaway over the holidays. The place was pretty great for a single family of five - great location, amenities and spacious indoor living. We traveled with 3 children under 7 and when we showed up the place was gross. Hair all over floor and in bed sheets, counters crumby and sticky, dirt and dust, construction ongoing (not identified in listing), and water and water heater turned off. The property clearly was not cleaned or prepped for our arrival. On top of that, the listing identified 2nd floor balconies - we showed up and these were missing, no railing with nails and screws all over the first floor patio - not good for kids. My wife and I had to sleep in separate rooms with the kids to ensure no one “snuck” out a 2nd floor double door and fell through the missing patios. No WiFi and couldn’t get cable TV to work - we were told to jiggle the HDMI cable. Lake and Rotary Park are awesome!

Stayed Jun 4, 2020This is a great condo it's clean, located in a quite neighborhood, just steps from the pool. There are some great restaurants within walking distance. We will definitely coming back.

Stayed May 26, 2020This condo is a wonderful location and within walking distance of Lake Havasu, Rotary Park, the London Bridge shops and restaurants, a movie theater, and Aquatic Center. My teenagers loved the freedom of exploring the area on their own. Being able to walk a few feet to the neighborhood’s beautiful heated pool and hot tub was so convenient, too. The owner was very helpful and responsive to our needs. The condo is clean and comfortable. We look forward to staying here again.
