Stayed Nov 29, 2023The condo was great! Nice kitchen to cook in, updated bathroom and comfortable bed. Very clean. Really nice living room and balcony to hang out in too. Appreciated all the instructions on how to use appliances, thermostat, etc. Highly recommend.

Stayed Mar 27, 2022This property met all our vacation needs! It was clean, quiet, equipped with all essentials. It had a very cozy atmosphere with up to date furnishings and new beds. Located very close to the parks and beaches within walking distances . Grocery stores where just within a few blocks . Nice neighborhood . We would love to come back to the area and would love to return to this listing .

Stayed May 13, 2021Upon arrival we found the unit extremely clean and well appointed for our 4 night stay. The unit was tastefully decorated in a nautical theme. We made use of the nice pool at the complex. The location was very convenient with the shoreline park and London Bridge area only a few minutes drive away. We would book this unit again for a future stay in Lake Havasu City.

Stayed Jun 6, 2025Nice, clean and quiet. The A/C work great even though it was only 105 outside. The location was close to stores and the tourists spots. Great supply of cookware.

Stayed May 9, 2025Our stay at the condo was nice. It had everything we needed for the weekend to be comfortable and to cook great meals. Plenty of towels and comfortable beds. The deck and the outdoor area was absolutely peaceful at night and it was only a two minute drive to a very beautiful beach and good fishing spot. This is a condo so some noise is to be expected but the upstairs neighbor made noise 24 seven like furniture moving noises day and night. Very strange but other than that this was a terrific experience and I would recommend this condo hopefully the noise upstairs is temporary.
