254 Stoney Creek Villas is a wonderfully comfortable villa and we have filled it with every amenity we appreciatewhen we vacation. The floors gleam and carpets are clean and fresh smelling, as are the fabulous furnishings.

The location, adjacent to world renowned Harbour Town, decor (fully renovated and beautifully furnished), and comfort of this villa make it a star on our roster of often re-visited properties. You will enjoy a serene landscape view, WiFi with secure connection, 3 televisions, easy access pool, and gas grill. We added separate upstairs/downstairs HVAC systems for complete comfort.

This villa boasts an exceptionally outfitted kitchen with granite countertops, stainless appliances and large pantry, opening into a dining area with seating for 4-6, and beyond to the spacious living area.

The living room features a 55' LCD flat screen HDTV with Polk Bluetooth audio.

Two master bedrooms (1 king, 1 king) each boast the comfiest bed linens we could find, with fluffy pillows as well as Smart TV in each room. The bathrooms are fully renovated and spic-and-span.

FAQ:

PAYMENTS: For reservations made thirty (30) days or less days prior to arrival, payment in full is due at the time the reservation is made. For reservations made thirty one (31) days or more prior to arrival, payment of 25% of the total is required, and the full amount of travel insurance premium, if accepted, is required at the time of booking. The balance of the final total is required thirty (30) days prior to arrival. Long term winter reservations policy differs- please inquire.

CANCELLATIONS: You are welcome to cancel your reservation without penalty and receive full refund of your deposit up to 31 days prior to arrival. Cancellations made 14 days to 30 days prior to arrival will receive a 50% refund of total payment. At 13 days prior to arrival, your reservation becomes noncancelable and non-refundable. Travel insurance is always highly recommended.

HOW FAR TO BEACH and HARBOUR TOWN: 5 min by car or 10 min by bike to the Sea Pines Beach Club. Walk to Harbour Town for daytime or evening activities-- no need to drive and park!

BEACH CLUB ACCESS/PARKING Onsite parking AT the Beach Club is permitted for all overnight guests, Labor Day-mid March. From Mid March through end of summer, special Beach Trolleys transport guests from various parking spots within Sea Pines to the Beach Club. Full details will be provided at time of your reservation, or simply inquire for more information. DAY AFTER LABOR DAY THROUGH MARCH,

POOL: Just out the front door and 20 steps! Pool open April - September.

PETS: Sadly, no. Only humans are allowed to visit this property.

WHAT’S INCLUDED: Your property will come stocked with all of the household amenities you will need for the duration of your stay, including trash bags, dish soaps, perfume free laundry products, paper towels, bath tissues, hand and bar soaps, and more. We also stock beach toys, beach chairs and umbrellas. All you have to do is come and enjoy.

    All four of us absolutely loved this townhouse! It was exactly like the photos and better. Anything that you would ever need to cook, dining, also comfy beds and pillows! It was a quick walk to Harbor town, with a great Cafe along the way. It was wonderful working with Best Nest. They were very communicative before during and after. We will absolutely stay here again.

    First Hilton Head visit in Sea Pines. Our townhouse was immaculate with all the amenities, beautiful pool, and an easy walk to Harbor Town. We also enjoyed the ability to take the trolley to the beach and restaurants. Very relaxing.

I don’t know how to describe the smell. It didn’t stink or anything like that. Almost a bleach type smell.Overall though the property was very clean and like new. It has everything you need and more. Utensils, propane for grill, new/nice furniture, freshly painted, spacious living and dining room areas, new hot water heater, new dishwasher, new sinks and countertops, refrigerator, etcWe would rent here again

    Our experience was fine for a quick 2-3 day rental, however the first thing that we faced upon walking in the door was an overwhelming musty odor, dank and off-putting. It did not fade and our clothes and luggage were gripped by the same smell when we returned home. I hope that the management will remediate the source of it because the unit is well furnished and otherwise kept very clean. It is also well located, quiet and private, with good parking and pool. The pool access code did not work and we were unable to get a new one from management while there.

    I was surprised that front steps were under construction. Worker started hammering at 7:30am first day of vacay! We had to enter unit thru garbage barrels, not great. Unit was great, very clean, really great beds and bathrooms!

The decor has stood the test of time and it always presents as clean and fresh. We have stayed in this villa 5-6 times over the years and love it.One quick note: The pool was closed and in rough shape this week. Not an issue for our crew, but 10 years ago, that would have been a bummer for our daughter. If you are traveling with little swimmers, confirm that the pool is open. One more note: The bike trail is being resurfaced on the South Beach end of Sea Pines. Light House/Harbor Town/Stoney Creek trails are in great shape and not currently being reworked. In other words, if you enjoy riding the trails, Stoney Creek is a REALLY a good call right now.

The villa was exceptional clean and the little extras that were there were just perfect, like a regular size bottle of laundry detergent to liquid hand soaps in all the bathrooms, etc. The location of this villa was perfect for walking to Harbour Town and it was very quiet. Everything was great and the communication from BESTNEST was very thorough as well. Highly recommend!
