Walk to Grand Lake: Riverfront Gem w/ Fireplace!

The property is located right next to the falls and an easy walk to town.

Location was excellent, loved the rapids and outdoor space. We were on second level, if you dont like steps you might want to reconsider. Walking distance to everything!

Although the property was amazing, it was dirty.The whole place need work.

Lovely location. We have stayed in these condos several times. It can be a bit warm in upstairs bedroom so you might use a fan. The kitchen is good. Need to look up how to dispose of trash. All and all we had a great time. We love Grand Lake.

Generally a nice stay. Lovely to be right on the rapids although it was quite loud. Bedrooms are upstairs and were quite hot and stuffy bc we couldn’t get any airflow. There were portable fans- one had a cut cord so not usable. Place needs some talc. Some windows in living area didn’t open or stay open. Lights very dim. We were responded to very quickly when power went out though.

The property was perfect for us. There were four of us. My husband and I as well as two kids aged 11 and 12. The property was peaceful and calm, close to town and had everything we needed.

The property has a beautiful setting on the river! The fact it did not have air conditioning was a factor the first 2 nights of our stay. There was a box fan in the closet but the cord had been cut. We would have prefered the place to be cleaned better

Property was as listed and had an amazing view of the rapids. So relaxing. Walking distance to food and the lake. We watched deer cross the rapids in the evening.

This condo was perfect for us. It was just the right size for the four of us. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook a few meals, and we loved just sitting by the river taking in the sights and sounds. The walk into town is a very short distance. The condo was clean and quiet. Truly the perfect get away. I highly recommend this Riverfront Gem.

This VRBO is located perfectly at the end of the main strip in Grand Lake! You could walk to anywhere you needed to go downtown. It is nestled right along the river. They had plenty of comfortable seating for you to sit out and enjoy your coffee whether morning and/or night. Even though it was so close to town and positioned between two restaurants you still were able to experience peace and quiet and not too much noice from all the hustle and bustle. The inside had all the basic necessities that one would need for their stay. I would highly recommend if you are ever in the area to choose this VRBO.

This was a wonderful place to stay. It was exactly as described. My only disappointment was that the fireplace was not working. It was Late August was cool nights. It would’ve been wonderful to enjoy A fire in the evenings.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The property was exactly as advertised. We needed a few items and emailed Evolve and the items were hand delivered in a matter of minutes. The creek was an unexpected bonus. We enjoyed coffee and cocktails by the creek.

We loved this property! The location was beautiful and located close enough to town to make it an easy walk, but far enough away that it still felt quiet and removed.

The property was as described, and the location was perfect. It is very close to downtown with local shops and restaurants. I enjoyed sitting by the beautiful creek, listening to the water, and reading a book!

We all just loved this condo. The view of the river was spectacular,the water was still high. There was plenty of room and the kitchen very well stocked and clean. The location is perfect for walking distance into the beach and town. I would definitely stay here again.
