Walk to Flora-Bama! On Beach! Rents Sunday-Sunday in June and July!

The balcony area was awesome with plenty of room to relax and take in the beautiful view. I’ve rented many of homes in the Perdido Key area and this was superior. We will return.

This condo was clean and fully met our needs for our trip. The parking was close to our building, and the homeowner was very accommodating and accessible to us. We appreciated how she thought of every detail and was above and beyond in her communication and hospitality.

Amazing condo, view was breath taking. host responded quickly so our stay would be stress free. I would recommend 100 percent.

This was my family's favorite condo we have ever stayed in. It was clean, extra linens and supplies, everything we needed. The ice maker was an added bonus. Comfy beds. And, great location! quick walk out to the beach.

We love this location and this particular condo has been very well maintained. It is nicely furnished and the bed is super comfortable. The kitchen has everything you could want for cooking different types of meals. The host was great to communicate with and we definitely plan to return!

We had an amazing time staying here over Thanksgiving. The view was stunning and we were thrilled with the quality of furniture and the towels were so plush! We would definitely book here again.

Can't say enough good things about this condo! Very clean, nicely decorated. Large kitchen with everything you need to prepare meals. Comfy bed. Good hot shower. And the best part is right on the beach with a large balcony! We will definitely stay here again

Excellent communication before and during our stay. This unit is exceptionally clean, and well appointed. The location is great to be able to go into Orange Beach/Gulf Shores, or Perdido Key/Pensacola. The beach is super nice and clean with umbrella and chair service available. I would 100 percent stay here again!

The condo was great! It was very comfortable and clean. The kitchen was nicely stocked for those who would enjoy cooking.

It was a perfect week. Nicely decorated condo with large kitchen and new, quality appliances. We loved the large capacity washer and dryer. Nice to keep up on laundry and go home without any dirty clothes. The balcony is large and so comfortable to sit and watch the waves come rolling in. We had a great time crab hunting every evening with my grandsons (ages 3 and 6). Condo is located close to shopping and entertainment. I hope to return to this lovely home away from home yearly.

Spacious balcony! This unit was perfect for a group of friends for a beach weekend. Well stocked kitchen! If I could suggest anything I would ask to maybe add some shampoo for guests to use. We always bring our own so it was fine, but we were running low our last day. Just something nice to have. We loved being so close to FloraBama!

Great condo! Plenty of parking! Nice laid back spot away from crowds! Fantastic balcony with good dining table and also 2 Fantastic loungers! One of the best condos we've ever stayed in!

We had a wonderful stay at this property! We had everything we needed in this condo with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, living area and well supplied kitchen. We loved how close we were to the pool and the beach! We used our balcony every day to catch a little sun or watch the stars in the night sky. Absolutely loved it!!

This condo has a great layout at a great location. The owner provides everything you need and we did not have any problems. If you are looking for a beach front property in perdido key area look no further.

This was an easy in and easy out, and beautiful condo. It included literally everything that we needed. We love the area near the Florida-Alabama Gulf Coast. We try to get down to this area for a week in the February-March time period, and have done so 6 or more times. The beach is peaceful, and much less crowded than during the summer season.

This is our third time staying here. It’s a great place for us and we love it.

We loved the condo at Shipwatch! It was very clean and well decorated. It was so nice having hand soap and dishwasher detergent etc. The ice maker was so helpful also. The beach was beautiful and uncrowded but still had beach service so we were able to rent chairs and an umbrella. Jenny was so nice and helpful to work with especially when I had trouble making the booking last minute on VRBO.

Can’t say enough good things about this home. The unit is spacious and well laid out. The furnishings are lovely and very comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked with all the necessity. Location to food/activities is great, beach access is a snap, and view from the oceanfront balcony is gorgeous. The view from the kitchen and 2nd bedroom is lovely as well. When choosing a vacation rental, the size and furnishings of the balcony was important to us. This balcony is large and well furnished. Communication with the owner could not have been better. Perfect vacation. (Side note, the guest bed is squeaky. That is our only complaint). We will be back. Highly recommend.

We had a truly wonderful stay at this condo. Everything was as advertised. Condo was clean and beautifully decorated. The view from the large balcony was amazing! Very pretty and clean, needs to work on second bedroom, news mattress and find a mother place for bunk beds, makes room very small. We enjoyed and would go back
