Walk to Broadway! Stay at the Stage Downtown Nash & Enjoy Pool, Gym, Parking

The property was in great condition and in a good location to get to Broadway. The only minor complaint that we had is it's proximity to the train track. It is literally right off the balcony and sounds like it's coming through the bedroom in the middle of the night. Thankfully, the hosts placed earplugs on the bedside tables. Well played.

Gorgeous place, very clean, and the decorations were very well done. We loved the book we could sign and being able to look back on what others who stayed before us did.

My recent stay in Nashville was a mixed experience. The property itself was impressively clean and exceptionally well equipped, especially in the kitchen — all the utensils and cookware needed for meal prep were available and in great condition . This made cooking and dining in both convenient and enjoyable.However, there were several challenges with the location. The most noticeable issue was the proximity of the train tracks; the trains run frequently and the tracks are literally about 30 feet from the back patio . This meant noise interruptions were common, particularly at night and early morning. Additionally, the immediate surroundings did not always feel safe, which affected the overall comfort during the stay . While walking to areas like the Gulch and downtown is technically possible, it’s not particularly easy or pleasant. The walk feels long and lacks a sense of safety and walkability, which was disappointing given Nashville’s reputation for vibrant urban life .Overall, the rental delivers well on cleanliness and amenities, but location and environment detract from a fully comfortable and convenient experience. If proximity to train activity and walkable nightlife is important, it’s worth considering these points before booking.

There was no pool view as listed. The view was next to a train track and construction. The place is right next to the soup kitchen so there was homeless people laying all around the place. It’s a 22 min walk to broadway not a 12 min as listed. The place itself was nice and clean. overall wasn’t what wasn’t what was expected but ok

Where to start? There was mention of the train and then the population near the hotel as negatives. Well, neither of those bothered us. So, with that out of the way - we loved everything about our stay at your property. The layout and size of the condo was perfect. Everything seemed to have been thought out to the smallest of details and the entire condo was designed with care. I cannot even choose a favorite room as I have too many compliments on all of them. I could gush over the smallest of those details for pages on end. The only (funny) thing was the remote - the living room and bedroom remotes had been accidentally switched and at first I could not figure out, why I was hearing something from the other room. :)))) But all joking aside - worth every penny and I hope to visit Nashville again (LOOOOVED it). If I do, I will be looking for the same condo for sure! Thank you for making it such a lovely place to stay!

We loved the property! The condo interior is so fun and the place was clean. The porch is huge but it does look out to train tracks. And there are a lot of trains that go by which will wake you up throughout the night. Some homeless people are outside (there is a shelter down the street) but the condos are in a very secure building. Employees were nice and accommodating. We would stay here again.

Nice unit we enjoyed our stay.about a 15 min walk to Bridgestone arena negatives my Latch didn't load correctly wouldn't operate elevators and no one corrected the issue for me during the whole stay.

The condo was nice with easy access with the latch app. Parking is first come first serve and walking or Uber is the best way to travel. The location was decent and a nice walk to downtown and attractions. There is a train track right by the condo if you are a light sleeper and ear plugs are provided. Is we had any quotations they were answered quickly. Thank you for a great stay!!

Awesome host, amazing place. Super cool localized design and great location away from the super crowded area but close enough to walk to tons of places. Check in was easy. Building system to get in and out works flawlessly.

Great location !! Perfect for 2 :). Great security. Walking distance to most things ?. Train goes pretty close but we enjoyed it… looking out over vacant lot which isn’t pretty and has Rats running on it but like most places these days it is what it is … recommended.. we would choose again

The apartments was great , clean fresh smell throughout. It is right next to the train tracks. Even though the deck looks right at the trains ~ it still was pleasant to sit out on it. It is big and spacious. There were homeless people on street next to building, so We did the short drive to Broadway instead of walking. Struggles at first on the system of how to get in the building but was fine after. Overall location was good. The apartment it self was awesome . Plus was they had a luggage cart which was helpful. ( stayed at a place last time that did not ???) Would stay again.

The place is brand new with everything you need. Property manager is very responsive! The owner garage was tricky to get out but included parking was a plus!

Had an incredible 3 days at The Stage! The apartment is wonderful. Very clean with all the amenities that you could ask for! Check in was very easy and communication was first class. The location is perfect but the neighborhood can be a little sketchy, with that being said, we felt very safe and secure in the building throughout the stay. We loved our time in Nashville and would absolutely 100% stay at The Stage again. We highly recommend it.

Loved the Vibe - great job decorating! Everything top notch including fancy appliances. Appreciated the 2 bottles of water and snacks upon arrival. Is near train but adds some character! Loved the deck and pool. Building is locked and very secure.
