Walk to Beaches & Restaurants: Ocean City Condo

Unit is up to date, very comfortable, and safe. Everything was beautiful. Slept very well. Amazing shower. Living room and dining area also very comfortable. Owner very pleasant and was in contacted us well before or visit. Made available if any concerns. Overall A rate

Bob gave us ample information about the condo and check in prior to us arriving. He also sent recommendations for restaurants and things to do near the condo. He also let me know that I can check out at my leisure on the last day since no one was checking in right after us on the same day. Checkin was easy at the lobby and they gave us electronic lock keys to the room. The condo is small however for our family of 4 with two kids under 10 it was adequate. Bathroom is spacious with a big rain shower which made giving kids a bath after a day at the beach a breeze. Water pressure was great! The balcony has great view of the bayside and it was beautiful to wake up to each morning. Overall I highly recommend this host and his place!

I don't write many reviews, but if I could give this 10 stars, I would! This place is immaculate with beautiful sunsets. It has everything you could possibly need. The host is friendly, helpful, and attentive. He emailed clear information prior to my stay and I felt very comfortable. The location was ideal for my stay in Ocean City. It's a few blocks off the Bay Bridge, conveniently located to everything. Parking is simple and easy. Definitely planning on staying there next time I visit OC. Highly recommend!

This place was just as pictured! Bob did an amazing job providing recommendations to us as it was our first time. The recommendations he suggested were also amazing and he was very fast at responding to emails per questions we had. Definitely a great place to stay and the pool was an added bonus especially for our kids. The shower is amazing as well! I would highly recommend this condo and we can't wait to come back in thr future!

Why we loved this unit (no particular order): 1. CLEAN!! This was one of the cleanest units we’ve stayed at in our travels. The owner does the actual cleaning and the place was spotless. 2. EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION from the host, including checking in with us in the week leading up to our check-in, along with personal recs (host is local), and an informative binder in the condo explaining the unit/community…extremely helpful and thoughtful. 3. Huge shower-what a luxury while on vacation 4. Within walking distance to beach 5. Walking distance to local restaurant (Fager’s Island). This was nice for meals, but also for a nightcap 6. Central location and easy access to a number of OC attractions. We enjoyed time in MD, DE, VA, and a longer day trip to NJ 7. Comfortable bed and pillows 8. On-site entertainment-swimming pool, game room w/cornhole, ping pong and more. We worked off some calories using all of them 9. The unit itself is aesthetically pleasing in its design and interior decor showing the owner’s intentional selections 10. Bayside view, which meant gorgeous sunsets- listening to Fager’s playing the 1812 Overture at sunset…complete with cannons going off as the sun goes below the horizon. An experience to enjoy both from the balcony, as well as at Fager’s 11. The little things that make traveling and vacation easy-Keurig with plenty of kcups/creamer/sugar, toiletries that lasted us the week, access to TV streaming service.

We had a very nice stay. Bob the owner was great and gave us a lot of information about the condo. The condo is renovated and up to date. The bathroom shower and double sinks were nice! We would recommend this condo. Big enough for two people which is ideal. 2 small Children could sleep on sofa bed. We will stay here again!

We had an excellent experience…. bob thought Of everything we could have wanted… would definitely stay there again.
