Stayed Sep 9, 2025The property comes as advertised, properly apportioned for a great stay. Extremely bright light fixtures, maybe too bright for the size of the space, but better than being dark. Clean. Organized. Large washer/dryer was also a unexpected feature. Since it was off-season, we found 142nd St. beach access was easiest to utilize. The only drawback, which I know the owner can't control, was a neighboring unit's dog would bark quite incessantly at times, usually a little too early in the morning. I suspect it was after its owner(s) left for the day.

Stayed Jul 15, 2025Great spot, we will be back. We only had a few days in our schedule and wanted to make it count; this was perfect. We rarely eat out as a family so having a decent kitchen is very important to us. The walk to the beach was short and pleasant. Check-in and check-out were no problem at all - I received the door code ahead of time and we were inside as soon as we arrived. The host was friendly and responsive. Can't wait to make a longer stay next year!

Stayed Jul 12, 2025The AirB&B we rented was amazing and clean. The neighborhood was peaceful and quiet, we were 8 minutes walking distance from the beach. Grocery stores and restaurants were 10 minutes driving. Overall, everything was to our expectations. We will definitely rent this place again.
