Walk to Beach, Quiet Block, Lovely only 3 units in Building

The condo was clean, comfortable, and cozy. Mary was an excellent host. She made sure we were taken care of and she keeps the condo well stocked with necessities. Mary is super kind and friendly and she was always available to answer any questions. The property is in a nice quiet neighborhood that is walking distance to most anything you need. I highly recommend this rental for families looking for a safe and fun vacation!

Close to the lake and not a bad walk to the beach. Close to a few coffee places that is nice for a morning walk. Outside shower was nice for not tracking sand in. Owners responded right away to any issues.

Our family absolutely ADORES this property. Mary and Rich are so kind and came right over to check on us and to tell us more about the property. Mary was very accessible with any questions we had. Some things we truly enjoyed: 1. The yard! The butterflies and plants are gorgeous. Very spacious. 2. The location! 3 blocks to the beach and one block to a lovely bay walk! Close to many restaurants and not too far to the Wildwood boardwalk. 3. The quiet street. With a 4 year old, need I say more? 4. The amenities! Wifi, cable, full kitchen, nice sized rooms, comfy living room, washer/dryer, outside shower.... the list goes on. 5. Easy parking! We could park right outside of the home. So convenient. This spot is magnificent. I love that it still has the older beach house feel to it. Brings back many memories for me. The home and property are very well kept. Highly recommend. Our little dog loved it too :) We will definitely be back next year!

It was a beautiful, short walk to the bay with amazing sunsets and a great place to walk our dog! A very doable four blocks to the beach. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance. The owners were great and very accommodating. We would absolutely stay there again.

I was pleasantly surprised that the owners provided toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, dish detergent, dishwasher detergent, cleaning supplies, even laundry detergent for the free washer/dryer in the back of the building . The place is older, but immaculately cared for. A nice shady side yard with gas grills. The air conditioner worked well. The owners were very cordial and concerned that the unit met my needs. I would definitely stay there again.

Nice, tidy place with comfortable beds and furniture and a well appointed little kitchen. Cute yard with butterflies as advertised (but bring bug spray for the mosquitos if you plan to spend time outside!) Short walk to the beautiful bay, longer walk to the beach but very manageable with a cart. Thank you!

Our family had a wonderful time at this condo. The owners were so kind & caring and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was nothing short of perfect! The condo was clean & fully stocked with everything we needed. The outdoor area was beautiful & included a shower and washer and dryer. It was a short walk to the beach & a block away from a beautiful bay. We can’t say enough good things about the property, location & owners. So thankful we found this gem!

Located in a quiet area of Wildwood Crest, you can walk three blocks to the beach during the day, relax in the afternoon in the spacious yard under the trees and near the flowers, and in the evening walk two blocks to a park to enjoy the sunset over a lake. The owner and her daughter were most welcoming, and they offered suggestions for restaurants and places to visit. They also made themselves available if we had any questions or concerns. Our unit was spotless and had everything we needed. We liked the fact that there was a full-sized refrigerator in the kitchen. There was even an outside shower and a washer and dryer to use. Deli/sandwich shops and a pizza shop are within walking distance. A plus was that we could take our two dogs with us. They, too, enjoyed the outdoors and the walks to the park.
