Stayed May 23, 2025This property was beautiful and location to the beach was great. The condo itself had an awful mold/mildew smell. Probably a moisture issue, that the owner had to be aware due to the bags of ‘damp rid moisture absorber’ hanging throughout the condo full of water. The garbage disposal also smelled rotten with gnats coming out of it. Also the cleanliness was questionable as I found trash in some dresser drawers and floors. Would stay at the property again, but not this room. Also, says it’s elderly friendly, but no elevators!! The reservation says stairs required, but doesn’t say no elevators!

Stayed May 23, 2024I am overall very pleased with our stay at this condo! The view out of the bedroom and balcony was breathtaking. The condo is one of the closest to the beach so that was a plus for us! It's a little bit of a hike up and down from the 3rd floor, so not everyone would enjoy that, but we didn't mind the extra steps. The beach is beautiful and scenic, but not quite the vibe for laying out and swimming. There is lots of pluff mud and crabs all over. We ended up having a hard time finding other nearby beaches to enjoy. Our best day was when we took our rental bikes to Folly Field beach. The island is way more bike friendly than car friendly. We went to Coligny another day and that was a nightmare finding parking. The condo was a joy to return to each day and night. We loved the pools and the pond with all of the turtles and koi fish.
