Walk to Beach: HHI Beach & Tennis Resort Condo

Clean and beautiful

Perfect location with easy access to beach.

The condo facilities were kept beautiful and it was peaceful. We enjoyed that it was just a few minute walk to the beach and an easy 15-20 minute drive to grab dinner or go shopping. This is silly but I missed not having the guest book to read and hear about all the favorite places people had gone to. Maybe a suggestion for the future:)

Our family loved staying here! The place was nice & clean & we had no issues with checking in. We loved that we were able to easily walk or drive to the beach or pool. The resort had activities for everyone during our stay including a poolside movie night. My kids also really enjoyed having the large playground right outside our building! We would definitely stay here again!

Great apartment! Has everything you need for a family getaway. Fully equipped kitchen, beach gear, and walking distance to the beach and pool.

This is our second time staying here and both times we have enjoyed our stay. Everything was clean and exactly like pictures and description. My only wish is that it wasn’t on the third floor but hey, I got my leg workout each day We will definitely be staying again when we return to Hilton Head Beach and Tennis.

Such a lovely, clean condo. The place has everything you need. Also with plenty of beach chairs, umbrellas, a cooler and sand toys. I enjoyed the chairs on the balcony and would sit there every night listening to the frogs. It was a great time and Tom is fantastic and responsive to communicate with. Thank you!!

The condo was very clean and comfortable. The host was very good at communicating. The only con for us is that the curtains in the master bedroom are sheer and the sun rises on that side of the complex. Our 11 month refused to sleep past sunrise. You might want to consider a slumberpod if traveling with a pack n play. We would definitely stay in this condo again.

This was the first time to Hilton Head and it did not disappoint. The condo we picked was perfect, clean, and really nicely decorated. It was the perfect spot. So many amenities to enjoy for the whole family. We loved it so much we didn’t want to leave. The host was very friendly and even helped us check in earlier. We are so excited to come back next year.

The condo was perfect and had everything you could need for a nice beach day. Owner was an excellent communicator. The condo was very comfortable and in a great location . We will definitely be back.

Our condo was beautiful, clean and well organized. Communication with owners was great and very informative and welcoming. Our only reservations were we packed way too much to carry up three flights of stairs but fortunately a nice worker helped us carry them up and down upon arrival and departure. Would definitely stay here again.

It was a great place to stay! Very clean, great communication and great community ! Perfect location to the bike paths , shopping and sightseeing! Short 3 minute walk to beach, very easy access! Pickleball courts available and easy to use! First time to Hilton Head loved where we stayed!

This was a great location, with a short walk to the beach only. We had toddlers who loved having the playground right outside. Everything you could need is available here!

Perfect for our first time on HHI.

It was wonderful

We took the kids down for the Fourth of July and stayed for five nights. Beautiful weather, even on the day it rained we could still swim and walk. Coming back to the condo we found plenty of space to rest, clean-up, cook and relax. Hands down, we’d repeat a stay here. If you don’t like sun, sea and pickleball, you might want to find another place.

I have stayed on this property four times now. This unit was clean had all the things you need very well stocked. My only wish was for a Keurig and maybe some more towels as I traveled with a bunch of teenage girls so we went through a lot of towels, but otherwise the place was awesome. This complex is so convenient with restaurants easy access to the beach and a large pool. Bonus points for Pickleball courts as well. Perfect place for a family.

Such an amazing condo with great access to pool and boardwalk to the beach! Will def consider staying again next time we come to Hilton head! Hosts were great and easily reachable!
