The Space:

The perfect beachgetaway awaits at the beautifully renovated 48 Hilton Head Beach Club. This 2 bedroom, 1.5 bathroom villa is conveniently located just a short walk to the beach and features access to a complex pool.



The open floor plan includes a spacious living area with sofa sleeper and patio doors to your private courtyard featuring outdoor dining and lounging areas. How lovely to relax outside and enjoy the soothing sounds of ocean breezes rustling through the lush palm trees. The indoor living area looks into the dining area and spacious, fully-equipped kitchen featuring breakfast bar, a Keurig coffee maker, granite counters and new cabinetry. This is the perfect space for preparing morning coffee, snacks for the beach, or a delicious meal for the family. Off the kitchen is a well-equipped laundry area.



Upstairs, you’ll find two comfy bedrooms. The primary bedroom has a queen bed, views of the courtyard and a walk-in closet. The guest bedroom, perfect for kids, has a queen bed and two sets of built-in twin bunk beds. Both bedrooms share access to a remodeled Jack and Jill bathroom with a double sink and a large tiled walk-in shower.



Hilton Head Beach Club is a private community located just a 7-10 minute walk to the beach and a 10-15 minute walk to Coligny Plaza and the new Lowcountry Celebration Park. Almost everything you will need is within walking distance, so bring your walking shoes! There are free trolley stops at various locations throughout the island.
