Seagrove Highlands is centrally located on 30A with a short bike ride to the excellent shopping and dining options of Seaside! If you prefer a stroll, then Café 30A is only minutes away and constantly ranked as one of the best restaurants on 30A. Angelina's is also within walking distance for pasta or pizza. Walk to Dough Sea Dough Donuts for morning donuts or breakfast sandwiches. The Big Chill at Prominence, around 3 miles east, is a great place to take kids, watch an outdoor movie, listen to music, or eat at one of the half a dozen unique eateries.

Seaside is a fantastic destination, most widely known for being featured in the Truman Show with Jim Carrey. Its incredible architecture has helped to make it famous but also its faithful replication of the kind of seaside town that used to be common up and down the coast. Seaside has its own Farmer's Market, post office, Repertory Theater, and neighborhood school. It boasts unique shopping, fantastic cuisine, and the incredible architecture that makes Seaside famous. There are activities for everyone; kayak rentals, bike rentals, paragliding, fishing, golfing, hiking, swimming, tennis -- you'll find it all right here.

The snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Sea Turtle Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 783 feet from the Grayton Beach State Park access, it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Sea Turtle Reef is at a depth of 12-19 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!

    The property manager was great and even responded Sunday evening when we needed the codes for the bike locks. The property was very clean and the kitchen was fully loaded. Loved the master suite. Took off a star for needed upgrades but I would definitely stay here again. 2 blocks from the beach and walking distance to convenience store and restaurants..
