Stayed Aug 6, 2023My kids and I took a short getaway to OC to get some beach time, Boardwalk bike riding, and OC food! The place was a little home away from home. A great time was had by all!

Stayed Jul 8, 2023I was so excited from the images and location to find this location for such a great deal but so disappointed! The communication with the owner was none basically, once booked, another company takes over so it’s communicating with so many ppl just to speak with the owner. The day of arrival the instructions given were not correct and we spent 1/2 he just trying to get into the rental! Once inside or was not clean at all. I ended purchasing cleaning supplies and draino for the clogged tub! I told this to the owner and other rental company they use and got an oh well sorry! I did not expect to spend the first day of vacation cleaning. So disappointed.

Stayed Jul 5, 2023Overall, we had a great time! We had the basics of what we needed for 3 night stay (brought our towels and linens as instructed). It was not as clean as the last time we stayed (trash from previous renters in unit on arrival) but we could tell someone had been there to clean. This is a quiet location and great for a short walk to the beach/boardwalk. We love that we can easily come and go without having to always get in the car. A few upgrades or fixes would go a long way. Consider new mattresses for the beds, perhaps a fan in the bathroom to help with humidity control, and an adjustment to the storm door (it doesn’t want to close well) on the unit.
