Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Pet hair everywhere. I thought this was a no-pets-allowed place. The wireless internet signal is not good. The TV in the master-bedroom needs a new remote control (the Roku remote). It does not work well at all. Overall the Beach Club is great, but we will be trying a different unit next year.

Great place for access to beach and pool! Love this condo!

We had a wonderful time during our stay on Dauphin Island. This condo was perfect. We had some issues, but the manager helped get it straightened out in a timely manner. The easy access the pool was a big hit with the kids. They loved being right next to the pool. The condo had anything we needed for cooking, etc. The wifi worked perfect and the cable TV was nice to have as well. We had a great time and definitely plan to stay at the Beach Club again in the future!

I booked this unit last minute for my family to have a mini vacation prior to school starting back. The unit was clean, comfortable, and apportioned with fun beach decor. Each room has its own theme. Our kids enjoyed the pool (just off our patio) and the beach. The unit and property are a 5 out of 5. One suggestion I have is to plan ahead and make dinner reservations prior to arrival. Dauphin Island is a family friendly small town, and the restaurant waits can get long. We will definitely plan to return not only to Dauphin Island but to this unit again.

Overall the condo was very nice. There are a few areas that need attention as far as cleanliness. We placed the baby on floor while we unloaded and after crawling around for a bit her knees and hands were black. Obviously the floors had not been mopped, which I did. Also, the sliding door track was filthy which made the door difficult to open/close at times.

This was a great location on the beach. Short board walk and you are right there. Check in was very easy, overall the place was very clean. The pool was literally right outside your door, pros and cons to that…. Overall was a great experience, and made for a great family vacation.

Perfect property since we were traveling with small children. Condo was right off the pool. Everything clean and orderly. My only complaint was the very complicated check-in process that was not sent to me in advance. Tried contacting the property manager the day before the trip. He said he would re-send me directions for check-in. I never got the originals and didn't get the ones he resent. Added to that, it took about an hour to get in contact with anyone to tell us how to check-in. Other than that one issue - great trip!!!

My family and I have been looking forward to our first trip to Dauphin Island for many weeks only to be disappointed of the cleanliness of the unit upon arrival. First off, we were greeted by a live cockroach in a bedroom closet. Next, the master bedroom comforter was NASTY. It was covered in stains, so instead of getting to enjoy the beach/pool, I instantly needed to start a load of laundry. The couch slip covers looked like they were in need of a good washing, along with the living room curtains that had cheese stuck to the inside of them. We found countless items that had been left behind from previous renters, such as toy cars, pool toys, baby socks, a baseball and even an adult pair of adidas shoes. Upon our departure, when stripping the linens, we found yet more disturbing things including more cheese stuck to a pillow in the master bedroom. How can all these things go unnoticed? Pure negligence. I can at least say, we left the room cleaner than when we found it. So to the next renters, you’re welcome. I will say, the unit was quite large. Larger than expected. It was nice to be able to walk from the patio straight to the heated pool. We ended up using the pool more then we expected. The beach during our stay was full off seaweed and trash. The seaweed on the beach was very thick and very stinky, it finally cleared up on our last night (of course). Will we come back? Highly doubtful. The small perks we found are just too overshadowed by the uncleanliness of the unit. I really hope management addresses these issues so that other families can enjoy this unit as much as we wish we could have. We visited the front desk several times to speak to someone about the issues, with no avail, no one was ever at the front desk so we eventually gave up and tried our best to enjoy our stay.

Property was just as described in the listing. Feet from the pool with wonderful views of the sunset over the beach. Perfect for our family. Great spot!
