Almost everything was good. Beds were comfy, as was the living area. The cable TV service was a bit lacking. Other than common main networks there wasn't much else. The number for the unit was difficult to see after sunset. The numbers blend in with the background. The narrow stairs with 4 or 5 turns were a bit surprising.

The host was very helpful and answered communications right away. It was great to have the pool right outside-- we were almost the only ones using it.The condo was just right for our family of three, but larger groups might have trouble cooking in the small kitchen.The bathrooms were clean, bright, and functional, but small and only on the second floor. No problem for us but something others may want to know.It was a little bit further of a walk to the beach than we wanted, so we mostly drove to the Alder Ln Access and walked from there.Overall, such a beautiful spot and we enjoyed our time immensely!

We had a lovely stay at Sea Scape villas. The location was great, just a 10 minute walk to the beach, having the beachside restrooms was awesome!!

The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had that perfect “beach charm” that immediately put us in vacation mode. Every detail felt so thoughtful, from the kitchen and comfy beds to the beach chairs and umbrellas ready for us to use.The location couldn’t be better, just steps away from the sand and pool. The host was responsive, and made sure everything was smooth from check-in to check-out. This rental gave us the perfect balance of relaxation and fun. We will absolutely be booking again. If you’re looking for the perfect beach stay, this is it!

This condo was good for a girls weekend at the beach. The location was walking distance to the beach and has bathrooms nearby which was nice. We also appreciated that there were beach chairs supplied at the condo. The condo itself is very cute and has a lot of potential. However it could use a deep clean and a little extra care.

My family and I had a wonderful first visit to Hilton Head and a pleasant stay at this cozy condo. It had everything we needed, was very comfortable, and helped round out such a great trip. Very close to the beach and within walking distance to some great shops/food. Also, conveniently located to other areas of the island, including Sea Pines. We would recommend this spot to anyone looking for a getaway to HHI.

This condo was perfect for our family. The condo was very clean and as advertised. We loved the easy access to the pool from the deck. The deck is shaded in the afternoon which made it a great place to hangout after a day on the beach! The walk to the beach was very easy (about 10-15 minutes). Having a bathroom close by the beach was a bonus. The kitchen was well stocked with all the necessities. The beds were comfortable. Our host Sandy was very helpful with any questions. Her response time was very quick if we needed anything!

We conducted a search for this condominium to find accommodation near the beach and in proximity to numerous shops. This location suits a small family such as mine, and the kitchen provides an ideal space for cooking without interference from others. The house offered ample space in every area. The master bedroom features an exceptional shower, complemented by a bed equipped with airflow from the fan, which fosters a delightful cool ambiance. The master bedroom lacks cable; however, you may connect if you possess streaming services. The children appreciated the proximity of the pool. The sink became clogged, and the owner promptly arranged for its replacement. The technician who conducted the repair displayed an admirable attitude and proactively resolved further issues within the condominium during our visit, guaranteeing a smooth experience. We observed an alligator resting on the banks near our condominium, which delighted my children immensely. The sole drawback involves the necessity of ascending the stairs to access the restroom; however, it was manageable. This condominium ranks among my most favored rentals. Finding parking at night becomes challenging after all individuals return home. The establishment offers a tidy and pleasant environment for guests.

Just an amazing time! The condo was very clean and had everything we could have wanted for our stay. It was just a short walk across the street to the beach! The pool area is right out the back door and was awesome when we’d had enough of the beach. The condo is also conveniently located so it’s a few minute bike ride to Coligny! Sandy was very responsive whenever we had questions. We would definitely stay again!

The property was lovely. The host was quick to respond to any communication. Location was perfect. We had a wonderful time.

This was a great house. About a mile walk to Coligny Plaza and close walk to the beach and Loggerhead Bar which is on the beach. House looked just like the pictures. Only thing I would recommend is bring plastic cups for your drinks by the pool. Definitely would stay here again!

My family and I enjoyed our time here, the unit was clean and spacious enough for our family of 6. We loved being able to hop off the deck and jump into the pool, and the dedicated path to the beach was clutch! We had a great time and would recommend this unit for anyone looking to enjoy a trip to Hilton Head!

This property was great had everything we needed. And the space necessary also. This was just a quick trip for us and loved that we were right off the deck from the pool. Bathrooms at the beach were a nice convenience also!

We had a great time staying at this home. It’s right next to the pool, great patio with a grill. It’s a 10 minute walk to the beach, very convenient. The bedrooms and living room were very comfy. Kitchen is on the smaller side, and could use 1 or 2 things, both bathrooms on the 2nd floor. Sandy was a great host, and responsive. We would definitely stay here again.
