Stayed Jun 1, 2025I really enjoyed staying at Diamond Beach, 109 unit. The two steps down to the beach was good for my friend. The owner had a beach cart I was able to use to transfer everything from my car to the unit. I hope they fix the screen door and get a new shower basket to make it easier to take a shower.

Stayed Jun 10, 2023This is a good property with a good location. Nothing high end but the property was very clean which is in my opinion the most important part of any stay. Nice accommodations and easy access to walk right on the beach. Plenty to do right in the area or a short bus ride.

Stayed May 22, 2021Perfect spot for a quick get away to the beach! 38th street has great location for food and golf etc! Open the gate from the patio and you are standing in the sand! Thanks for hosting us!

Stayed Aug 22, 2020A decent but older well located property. Property owner was notified immediately about non working AC but refused to have it serviced in 90-93 degree heat. We were forced to leave weekly rental midweek.
