In terms of location, there is simply no more convenient location than Sundial Lodge from which to enjoy Park City's 7300 acres of terrain. When you stay at Sundial you are at the very heart and center of the resort plaza. The property adjoins the main Red Pine gondola, houses the resort ski school, ski rentals, and ski shop, and wraps around the forum which is the hub of apres ski activity. No near or close to the lifts as many others promise, Sundial Lodge IS the very heart and center with NO OTHER PROPERTY MORE CONVENIENT to both skiing/boarding and resort plaza amenities including apres ski activities for adults and children alike, restaurants, shops, free concerts and more. Enjoy concerts in spring and summer. Summer enjoys the golf course, ziplines, mountain biking, hiking, and much more (all just out the door).

Meanwhile, the property has the amenities to deliver the superior experience you are looking for. From the circular entrance with sparkling lights to greet you upon your arrival, to bell service (seasonal) to assist you with your luggage, and to the front desk to assist you with your check-in. The property has a year-round heated outdoor pool, multiple hot tubs (both pool and roof level), relaxing gas fire pits (both pool and roof level), a gym, luxury ski check with boot dryers, complimentary wifi, paid underground parking, and more.

Living area with fireplace, door leading to your large patio, flatscreen TV with DirecTV, DVD, sofabed, seating at both table and bar. Relax with your extended extra large patio with a dining table (a feature few other Sundial units have) spring, summer, and fall, landscaping provides a private feel to the patio, while a few steps beyond are the resort pool, hot tub, and fire pit.

The full kitchen features granite countertops and is fully stocked with everything to enjoy eating with family and friends.

And as noted, immediately out the door you will find your skiing/boarding (Red Pine Gondola right out the door; heated Orange Bubble Chair just beyond), main resort ski shop and rental (located right in Sundial, ground level with exterior entrance), ski school, restaurants (from the top-rated The Farm to the casual Umbrella Bar to The Bistro at Canyons which features a Kosher menu), etc. In spring and summer free concerts, and the new Canyons golf course.

And while you have the largest ski resort and all that Canyons Village has to offer at your doorstep, if you want to venture beyond (Historic Main Street, Deer Valley, etc.) note that free bus/shuttle stop is conveniently located just a few steps from Sundial.

Rates subject to change while presently $50/night peak winter December 15 - April 15 and during the July 4th Forum Fest period, $25/night other times, with in/out privileges. Effective with stays booked on/after April 10 2026 long term (30 night or longer) stays will be charged for parking but will be extended a 50% discount (eg parking for a 30 night non-peak stay will be $25/night x 30 nights x 50% = $375)

    Thanks for sharing your home. Perhaps consider allowing food items that guests leave behind to be utilized by the next guests. We did a VRBO in NC and it was pretty much a fully stocked kitchen. They had all the spices, oil, butter etc. The previous guest had even left their leftover beer. Leave it to the guest to discard old items. If you don’t want to do that, then Maybe get some better non stick pans. Overall the unit was well positioned to the lifts and everyone in our group enjoyed the stay. We did Uber everywhere which worked out. For the check in process this unit is owned privately and not by sundial lodge but still worked out. We enjoyed checking our ski gear daily and the two hot tub areas are great.

    Canyons Village Property Management is really good. They are very responsive via email or phone. The condo was nice with a perfect outdoor patio. It could use updates but it worked well for us.

    Great location Great host and condo was stocked and clean Only suggestion would be to perhaps take up the old carpet and brighten up the inside Also the main back door was tricky We mender used it once we finally got it locked

    Great location. Easy access to the gondola and orange bubble lift. Property amenities were very nice. Condo was spacious enough for a family of 5 (all adults).
