Walk Dtwn! Stylish Condo w/ King Bed, Pool & Patio

It was a pretty good stay. Plenty of stuff to do and a short walk to everything in gatlinburg

Great location, clean, modern feel

So the location, condo and pictures are exactly as described. I was worried about baby proofing the place when we got there but thankfully its perfect for little hands. There is also enough room in the bedroom to set up a pack in play. The trolleys do have a stop at the bottom of the hill, use them! The condo is close to downtown, but sits on top of a hill. So either way you go, it a trek back up if you dont normally live in hilly areas. The only issue i have is the cookware is a bit dated. Could use some new pans. Good stay overall. I would stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay, very clean, comfortable and quiet. We woukd absolutely recommend staying here as we plan to repeat our stay.

We were so happy to have picked this condo. It was so cute and super clean. Everything worked perfectly. Walking distance to all downtown activities which saves a lot of money on parking. Noise was not a problem to us at all. Any communication was answered promptly. I would highly recommend this to all. We had a great time.

Couldn’t find the place at First there is a sign that says Laurel Inn Condominium at the front entrance it would have been helpful if it was mentioned in the directions to the condo and the walk to downtown was really far

The rental property was just as the pictures showed… very, very nice. The location to downtown Gatlinburg was great too - we made the walk many times. I appreciated the cleanliness, the huge television in the main room, and the coffee. However, the room is right off the elevator and shared a wall with the main hallway that leads to the pool/back steps that lead to downtown. Between that and the fact you hear everything from the unit above, it was very loud every night (and not just New Year’s Eve). There was also an issue with hot water and we had a few cold showers - not sure if this was due to the unit or limited hot water in the whole building. Overall, we enjoyed our time in Gatlinburg, and walking down the back steps, had a great view of the New Year’s Eve celebration with the ball drop, drone show, and fireworks. But please do be aware that your stay will be noisy despite the signs posted around the inn that quiet hours begin at 9:00 PM.

Beautiful condo. Just what we needed to enjoy our stay. Cute kitchen that let us make breakfast. Close to the main strip of town.

This condo was pretty much as advertised. Clean, plenty of amenities, easy check-in, and cute. Loved the fireplace for cooler mornings and evenings. A couple things to point out, though. You truly hear everything from people above, so bring a fan to drown iut noise.

The property was located close to everything. It was clean and booking and check in was very easy.

This place is cozy and the bed was very comfy. The location of this place is within walking distance of so many activities in Gatlinburg. Walking from this location to various Gatlinburg attractions can save you money in parking fees as the vast majority of parking lots in town cost money. Having a kitchen and a living room space was nice. We had many sightings of bears on multiple days of our stay. The only downside of the apartment itself would be that the walls are thin. We could hear the plumbing being used in units close by and we did hear some people making noise outside as they are coming back late at night. (Generally others were respectful but we did notice some noises while we were trying to sleep.)Not about the apartment itself but had to mention this:We wish that the local free trolley nearby was more efficient during our stay. When looking at the various stops and the times that the next trolley was to set to arrive in the app we saw waits up to 40+ minutes. So be prepared to wait if you intend on using this local service. (This was noted over the course of multiple days and multiple times of day)

Small, nice unit. Nice area. Facility a little dated, but location is great

This property is perfectly located to the downtown area. Just a very short walk and you are right downtown. The noise level at night was generally quiet except for one night. Bear sightings every night made for some excitement. The condo is perfect for a couple of a small family. Having the ability to cook meals in the condo was great.

Spent four nights in this cozy condo. Had a great vacation trip. As an added bonus we could watch Shark Week at night on the giant tv if we didn't have anything else planned.

We had a great time. Unit was nice and located just up the hill from the strip. Very clean and nicely furnished. Not a new facility, but well kept. Also when outside on the patio it was very peaceful.
