This spacious 1,400 square foot 2-level condo features 2 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, 2 levels, sleeps up to 4 guests comfortably. The Modern Buffalo is perfectly located in downtown Whitefish, just steps from boutique shops, great restaurants, and local cafés. The neighborhood is walkable, welcoming, and ideal for exploring. Guests are only two blocks from the free SNOW Bus, making it effortless to reach Whitefish Mountain Resort. Glacier National Park is also an easy day trip, giving you the best of Montana adventure right at your doorstep.

Guests will have full, private access to the entire two-level condo, including all bedrooms and bathrooms, the open living, dining, and kitchen areas, the private patio with hot tub, the in-unit laundry room, and the designated parking space behind the building (with additional free street parking available)

This condo is a 3 bedroom that one bedroom is locked off. The bedroom that is locked off is downstairs at the end of the hallway. The locked off bedroom will not be occupied during your stay. You will have 1 bedroom upstairs and 1 bedroom downstairs.
Identity Verification and Accidental damage insurance
You will be required to choose between paying a refundable deposit of $500 or buying a non-refundable damage waiver for $35. We suggest you choose the $35 waiver. This protects you in case you cause accidental damage during a booking up to $500.
Please ensure completion of this task within 48 hours of booking or at least 24 hours prior to your check-in if your booking was made within 48 hours of your intended arrival . You will be contacted via email and/or text to complete the verification by Truvi.

Private driveway parking

Pets: No pets allowed. A $500 fee will be assessed if tenants have pets in home.

Smoking: Smoking in the home is strictly prohibited and will result in a $500 fee plus damages.

No Parties: No parties or group gatherings other than registered guests shall occur. Violation of these rules will result in immediate eviction with refund.
