Located in the Laurel Inn Condos, this unit sits just minutes from all that Gatlinburg has to offer. You can access downtown via a back stairway near the pool or take the sidewalk from the front of the building straight into the city center. Attractions, restaurants, shopping, and entertainment are all just a short walk away—no parking hassles, just mountain charm and easy exploration.

Getting Around:
The condo is accessible via all paved roads and has a convenient parking area. While you can walk to everything downtown, we always recommend 4x4 wheel drive for navigating the Smoky Mountains, especially in winter or inclement weather.

Other Things to Note:
• Must be 21 or older to book this condo
• Sleeps a maximum of 4 guests
• Seasonal gas fireplace operates around October–March (weather dependent)
• Coffee maker is a standard drip—please bring your favorite grounds
• Condo is located on the 4th floor with elevator access
• Laundry facilities (pay) are on the 1st floor
• Outdoor pool typically opens around Memorial Day and closes near the end of August—exact dates may vary and are managed by the HOA
• Maintenance work and amenity closures may occur without notice at the discretion of the HOA
• Starter supplies of toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, and laundry detergent are provided.
• Guests agree to use the website messenger for all communication, even if initial contact is made by another method.
• Bears and all types of wildlife are very common in the area! Do not feed or bother the bears or wildlife! Please leave them alone. We have no control over wildlife. They are very protected here and part of our area. Secure your belongings and always lock vehicle doors.
• We have monthly pest control at all of our cabins.  Being in the Great Smoky Mountains, we are surrounded by nature and wildlife.  Ladybugs, millipedes, and other insects can be difficult to combat around this time of year, even with our constant pest control program in place.  It is not uncommon to see them occur in and around the cabin/condo, especially with the opening and closing of doors.  This is extremely common for the area and all cabins/condos.
