Stayed Dec 4, 2025Came into town for my son’s birthday trip, this unit was perfect. Might be the most comfortable bed I’ve ever laid on. The pillows had me googling where to buy them. This is the perfect condo for a few night stay.

Stayed Oct 26, 2025The condo was wonderful except for the mattress in the master bedroom. It definitely needs to be replaced as it is noticeably sagging. We also had neighbors with young kids above us and the noises were easily heard through the ceiling. Unfortunately, the weather was awful during our entire stay. We had glimpses of the wonderful views at times throughout the week.

Stayed Oct 13, 2025Spotless, modern, beautiful! The view was stunning, the pool and hot tub were fantastic, the grills and firepits were great. Some spices and a few more kitchen cooking spoons and spatulas would be nice but there was enough to cook in a couple times. We used the workout room too and the equipment was all in good condition. A great place- we will return!!

The condo was perfect, it was so clean and located in a great quiet spot away from the crowds but only a 10 minute drive into town. Everyone on staff was helpful and friendly. We will be going back for sure!

Stayed Sep 13, 2025Our unit was very spacious for a party of four. There is no price for the view of the mountains from our unit and balcony. All appliances were top notch. We enjoyed the rain shower and the privacy of the toilet closet.Our only suggestion would be to install sheer curtains that could be opened or closed. Or it could be a shade that could be lowered if desired. The sun got very intense in the living area. We would definitely recommend the Highlands and stay there again.

From stunning mountain views to amazing furnishing and finishes this place was the perfect stay for my family who needed more than just a hotel room. A short drive into downtown and the ticket partnership was a great way to explore all Gatlinburg had to offer. The check in and out instructions were very clear and easy. Overall it was an amazing experience and I highly recommend!
