Waiohuli Beach Hale #C-112 Oceanfront Complex with Ocean Views! Ground Floor

The location is ideal for walking out your door directly to the lovely beach. It’s only a short walk to stores and restaurants and the grounds are beautiful with stunning gardens in the center. The pool is large enough for laps although only 4 feet deep. The way the units in this complex are situated end privacy to each units lanai.The unit was clean and well appointed and the beds were comfortable. The only drawback was lack of A/C in the living area which could be a bit uncomfortable in hotter months. There is a fan and bedrooms each have a portable AC which wasn’t necessary in October.I would recommend this place to my friends and Maui Rentals is wonderful to work with.

This place was the perfect location. Close to everything. Kihei is the cutest little beach town. Condo was super clean, has all the amenities and communication with property manager was excellent. We will definitely book here again on our next visit!

I expected a little nicer decor for the price. However, the location can't be beat - walking to grocery store, restaurants, food trucks,15 minute drive to the harbor. The grounds are kept very tidy, the pool is clean and inviting (a spa would be super!), The Beach for walking is right there! good for a dip, not good for snorkeling. There are public pickle ball courts half a mile north. We did not have access to the condo washing machine and dryer, for the price, I feel we should have. I usually stay in South Kihea for half the cost, less convenient to town but nicer condo. My brother prefered this location for his birthday rally.

The condo comfortably accommodated our group of 5 which included my two young kiddos. There were pool noodles, beach chairs, sand toys, beach towels and coolers at the condo for our use which made it so fun! The lower level location was ideal for my mom’s mobility issues and the short walk to the sand was perfect as well. The kids took advantage of the pool and the two outdoor showers were great for sandy rinse off after beach time! The condo was clean and well stocked. It was a short walk to grocery stores, coffee shop and to Home Maid Cafe for fresh malasadas for a morning treat! It was a great “home base” location for exploring Maui. One minor thing to note is it would have been great to have a coffee table in addition to the little round dining table. The rental company was excellent to work with and communicative, the booking and check in process was smooth. Would highly recommend and absolutely would come back to stay here! Mahalo Rentals Maui!

Reviewer Comments: Once again Rentals Maui met our expectation and went beyond...We booked this for our Adult Children and our Grandson...(we had booked a 1 bdrm)...They absolutely loved it, the condo was tidy and clean...great views and had all the amenities one would expect...and close to ours!!!...We had the Best Xmas Ever!!.....had a slight hiccup with the Screen Door and it was immediately seen to, even on a Sunday!...

I've been coming to Maui for a long time, but I had never stayed or even seen the Waiohuli Beach Hale property before. What an amazing location (right on the beach). Most of the people staying there were families that had been coming for years and it wasn't too long before we came to understand why. It is a smaller venue compared to the other Condo communities, but that wasn't a bad thing. We enjoyed getting to know some of our neighbors and participated with them in watching the sunsets. We would stay there again.

The kitchen had everything we needed although we could not get the coffee pot to work - may have been user error. There was a coffee shop very close by so I walked over for a morning latte. The sunset views from the lanai were phenomenal and the beach was a great place to spend our afternoons. I appreciate the beach chairs, beach towels, cooler, etc...

This is the second time I’ve stayed at this complex and this unit was better than the last (a bit more updated and very clean). My only reason for not staying again is that I need a washer dryer in unit and central AC. They have units in the bedrooms, but the lounge can get hot even with the fans. I don’t recall seeing that there was no AC in the lounge as the photo looked to have one, but I may be mistaken. In any event, if you want a great location to tons of restaurants, a good pool right in front, and a decent beach with turtles, it’s solid. It gets very windy around 2-4pm so something to know, but otherwise, a good deal and we had a very nice time!

The condo had everything we wanted, so appreciated having beach chairs, umbrella and the water noodles, so much fun. Would highly recommend this unit, and I did contact the staff as the outdoor rack was broken and they promptly replaced, so grateful for our time in a lovely unit
