Wailea Grand Champions Condo on Award-Winning Golf Course w/Shared Pool/Hot Tub

We had walking and climbing disability persons (4) in our party and the entry into the unit multiple stairs to walk to access the property. This fact was hidden from us! There was no photos of this area and when i asked the management company what the entry to the unit was like, they were pretty sure it wouldn't be a problem. It was, (big time). Get with it and be transparent. The only flat access was a dirt path that was muddy or wet and slippery most of the time, as the sprinklers watered this area every day. I'm sure you don't want that mess in the unit. I permanent walkway needs to be installed. Or don't advertise this unit as a ground floor unit with no photos available.

Unit is very tired and in need of some TLC.It also did not feel very clean as furniture was quite dusty and walls were splashed with stains and quite damaged. Convenient location and AC units were quiet and worked well.

This unit is located in the center of Wailea and our family of four enjoyed our 12 night stay. My husband and I have a 12 year old daughter and 17 year old son and the unit had plenty of space. Kitchen is set for cooking with nonstick and stainless steel pans. Dishwasher, refrigerator, and microwave all worked great. No seasoning is provided except salt and pepper. Both restrooms come with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. They are big enough for 2 people to get ready. TV has cable and my boys enjoyed watching the Dodgers and keeping up with sports. No issues with the WiFi at all. Unit is located close enough to The Shops by either a quick drive or a walk. Plenty of restaurants or a quick bite at Island Gourmet. If you want a more relaxed atmosphere, Kohala Brewery and Tikehau Lounge were both excellent and you can also walk to enjoy. Enjoyed our stay!

Everything about this property was perfect! We would definitely stay here again in the future. You can't beat it for a place to stay in Wailea!

Perfect little place at a great price! It doesn't get much better than this in Maui. Just as described in the listing. Very impressive!

Space, location and facilities

Just half way up the hill from the beach and shops, this unit is situated perfectly for a family with a car or with teens. We were so close to so many great things yet we were in a private slowed down area and that made a huge difference. This is both walkable and drive able if you want to walk, shop, eat, and hit the beach, without the crowds always there.

Very comfortable, clean accomodations and the location couldn't get much better!

The unit looks so sunny and bright in the pictures but it’s really dark no sun light. The living room couch and rug so dirty. No map or cleaning supplies.

We visited Maui for our niece’s wedding at a venue away from Grand Champions. A majority of the wedding party stayed here at Grand Champions. Location was ideal for 4 of us who walked every day to beach or shopping mall or even for dinner. There is inclines so be prepared for a good work out. The Grand Champions is a good choice to stay for a vacation.
