Stayed Sep 26, 2025Great location with a lovely view and a tranquil community. Walkable distance to a few restaurants, coffee shops, and The Shops at Wailea, including the Island Gourmet Market, which was great for a quick meal.The unit was well-stocked with everything we needed, including an umbrella, beach chairs, and beach towels. The unit was mostly clean, except for a few things. The kitchen cabinets were sticky and had a musky odor, despite the kitchen itself having new and clean appliances. We also kept finding little worms all over the floor, even though we kept the doors closed at all times. We found a cockroach inside the master bathroom.

Stayed Jan 4, 2025Great condo for our 26 day stay in Wailea! Very convenient location with awesome patio! Our only struggle was opening the lock box upon arrival, otherwise we had a stress free stay! It is wheelchair accessible (we brought our mom who is in a wheelchair), but just a caution that the cement pathway is quite sloped (coming from the parking lot), so you need to be quite strong to push the wheelchair up! Very much appreciated the communication from the property manager and her arranging for a shower chair for my mom! We would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a ground floor unit in Wailea!
