Stayed Jan 24, 2026We have rented this unit 3 years in a row. There have been no updates at all in the unit during that time. Furniture was dirty and the unit had not been cleaned when we arrived. My daughter had to call housekeeping to come and clean. The towels are fair at best and the bedding as well. The couch pillows on the lanai are moldy. Hand showers and shower heads in some bathrooms were not functioning well if at all. We also couldn't connect to apple TV on the main TV so we couldn't stream our shows.

Stayed Jan 25, 2025We love coming to HI and staying in this condo. This was our 3rd year staying in the condo. We were disappointed with several things upon our arrival. several pots were not clean, the phones didn't work, lamps didn't work, the grill didn't work. All of this was fixed but the fact that no one thoroughly checked all these things before we arrived was disappointing. Other than that we loved it.

Stayed Nov 23, 2024Loved the outdoor space and tech in the condo. Two large masters and a large room with 2 beds for the teens. Well equipped kitchen and appliances. Thanks to the concierge, front desk, security personnel and guys at the beach. Dishwasher didn't work as mentioned previously.

Stayed Jan 27, 2024The property was just as delightful as last year with a few exceptions. It wasn't as clean as usual. It was dirty under the couches and the trays on the bathroom counters also weren't very clean. Also, the booklet for how things work has the wrong dishwasher in it. The actual dishwasher in the unit is very confusing to work so instructions would be extremely helpful. Other than that it was wonderful and we already booked for 2025!
