    Property was beautiful with lush gardens everywhere. Condo itself was comfortable clean and well stocked with cookware, beach chairs, boogie boards etc. We had a fun memorable visit and would definitely recommend Kōloa Kai 503 to friends!

    My husband and I enjoyed this villa. The location was great, there was plenty of space to give a homey feel, and the on-site pool was enjoyable. We knew before that there was no A/C, but there were several fans available and the windows/screen doors helped. It was still pretty warm, but we understand that adding A/C can be difficult and expensive. We’re maybe overly sensitive about heat. Communication with property management was great. Overall, we recommend this unit.

    We have vacationed in Poipu many times and like to try different places to stay. This property is ideal for two people. Everything was very comfortable and updated. We enjoyed that it had a semi secluded sitting space by the entrance and a very nice patio with lots of vegetation. If you are looking for an ocean view this is not the place for you. We always enjoy having access to the Poipu Fitness Center. It is upscale and has great facilities. Lots of shopping within walking distance. We recommend this property for a comfortable stay.

    The unit was quiet and private location. My husband has been undergoing cancer treatments so the ground location was good with no stairs. We were disappointed there was no hot tub on site but made use of the one at PBAC. Unfortunately, the hot tub there was out of order for several days which was why we would go there. The unit was cleaned well but the carpet looks worn and stained. We really appreciated the washer and dryer in the unit.
