    We had a great time staying at Waikomo Stream Villas, Unit 403. The unit was in excellent condition, in a great location on the ground floor and corner, and was decorated really cute. We loved that the unit had practical items like cookware, a dishwasher, washer and dryer, etc. It really made it feel like home away from home. We were even able to make cupcakes to enjoy while watching some Hawaiian movies on the nice smart TV at nighttime! The inclusion of beach equipment such as towels, chairs, boogie boards, an umbrella, and a cooler was also very convenient. Waikomo Stream Villas as a whole was also quite nice. Very cute grounds, plentiful parking, and very serene. The only bummer was that the hot tub wasn't working at the time, but otherwise, everything was very nice. It's very close to both Poipu and Baby Beach. It's also across the street from Kukui'Ula Village, which has great shopping, dining, and a drugstore. You can walk to Merriman's to get some delicious Monkeypod Mai Tai's without having to take an Uber! You can also go for a nice evening walk down to Baby Beach to watch the sunset and grab an ice cream at Lappert's on the way back! We had so much fun and will definitely try to stay in Unit 403 again when we come back to Kauai.

    The condo was great. The grounds were not the perfecy manicured ones you would see at the premier locations. They were natural and there is a stream actually running thru the property complete with Bullfrogs at night and of course, the mandatory Kauai roosters!! Would definitely stay here again.

    The unit was very clean and had everything you needed to allow for a comfortable stay. The gardens are very beautiful and lush and well kept. There is also a very nice pool to use. The bed was comfortable. The kitchen was very well provided.

    Great location. Ample parking. Quiet. The only suggestion for unit is that the water pressure is not up to par. Also, Parrish company needs to consolidate the amount of emails they send for completing registration.

    That the owners love this place and want to share that good-time vibe with their guests is evident everywhere you look in this immaculate & well-stocked condo. Being an end-unit, the location is especially tranquil with lush vegetation surrounding you. The kitchen amenities are superb, as is the available outdoor gear to borrow (chairs, coolers, boogie boards, umbrella, etc). Walkable distance to shops, grocery, restaurants. Management team at Parrish Collection was efficient and professional. One final note to keep in mind--as stated in the listing, the unit has no A/C. The unit has ceiling fans and multiple standing fans only. It can be very warm, especially at night for sleeping. Sadly, that factor alone would deter me from re-booking.

    The unit was absolutely perfect for our stay: well-located, adorably decorated, quiet, spacious, and super clean. The kitchen has all the cookware you could possibly need to make your own meals, and the garden lanai is a fantastic place to enjoy morning coffee or relax at the end of the day.

    This is a wonderful ground floor unit. The lanai is such a peaceful place to look at the plants and massive trees. The kitchen appliances are perfectly organized, and we had everything we needed to prepare our meals. Though the unit is near Poipu Road, the traffic was barely audible, and certainly not visible. Everything is set up for a comfortable and peaceful time. It’s a short walk to the pool, and such easy access to roads to beaches, Koloa, and the gardens and hikes in Waimea Canyon.

    The decor was beautiful. But we didn't expect two people to have to sleep on mattresses on the floor. Assumed the couch was a hide-a-bed or futon. Highly recommend a safety bar be installed in the shower. There was only coffee provided for one day, and no decaf alternative. Had to ask for additional toilet paper. Table on the lanai was very wobbly and could easily be fixed.

    This was a great, centrally located property that offered excellent value for a stay in Poipu. The condo was beautifully furnished, surprisingly quiet, and very comfortable. Only thing I would add would be basic cooking supplies! All the utensils, pots&pans, dishes, etc. are there but a few basic herbs, spices, and oil would have been nice.

    A much needed time away for my husbands birthday. We were delighted with the size of this condo when we walked in! Very tropical with lovely Hawaiian decor. Lush landscaping complete with bullfrogs and roosters! The kitchen is well stocked with everything needed for a long stay, though we only made meals a couple of times. A short walk to shopping center with Bubbas burgers, Merrimans, Lapperts ice cream, Longs drugs, a health food store, and so much more! Wednesday night farmers market and musicians was an added plus! A short walk/drive to Sheraton beach, and further down is one of our favorites—Poipu Beach and Brenneck’s restaurant. We watched the turtles come in a couple of evenings at sunset—12 in all one evening. We love Kauai and after enjoying the island during the day it’s been nice to come back to this condo to refresh and relax. We will definitely be back-hoping to bring our adult kids and grands next time!!

    Great place to stay, quiet, cozy and tucked away. Just a ten minute walk to ocean front, ono restaurants, coffee and market. Condo supplied with everything needed for a 6 day/night stay away from home. Mahalo nui loa!
