Waikomo Stream Villas 321 | Bright Poipu Condo w/ King Bed, Lanai, AC

Waikomo is a lovely campus of 5 condo buildings, within easy walking distance to shopping, beaches, and dining. We would definitely stay there again!

We enjoy pour stay. Apartment are clean and cozy. We recommend.

Perfect place to be on Kauai; location, neighbourhod, near beaches, short distances to other locations in zhe south part of Kauai; we loved our stay there very much!

We stayed at Waikomo 321 in the beginning of May and it was perfect. The location was ideal as it was close to the beach, restaurants and stores. We rented a car but sometimes would walk to the restaurants (5minutes). It had everything that we needed especially when some nights we just wanted to cook our own meals. We enjoyed our stay and will rebook again in the near future.

This place was beautiful and perfect for our stay in Koloa/Poipu Kauai! They provide you with very comfortable and clean linens, sleeping options, amenities, and a “homey” atmosphere. The pool and villa area is really cute too, like its own special paradise within a paradise. My kids loved visiting the koi pond every day. I was very pleased with our stay! Location: you will need to drive to the beach if you have kids, I tried walking but it was a little far with a baby. You can get to the rocky part of the ocean though, within about a half mile, where you can see turtles! There were so many playing in the waves there. We really enjoyed that. There are two nice shopping villages close by, both walking distance but one is right by the villas. Wednesdays they have a market there which was neat. Overall, amazing stay and great area! Mahalo!

Great location in Poipu.. Walkable to ocean (less than 1/2 mile), walkable to the beach at the Sheraton. Around the corner from good shops and restaurants. Also walkable to additional restaurants. Comfortable bed! Equipped kitchen. Beautiful grounds. The roosters do sound the alarm quite early! We would definitely choose this condo again.

The condo was lovely! Everything was very clean and welcoming. The host was super responsive, and we would definitely stay there again.

Great condo at perfect location. Very spacious condo, beds are comfy and kitchen was stocked with everything you need. The condo also has a closet stock with beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, coolers and everything you need for your beach time.

Great place! Murphy bed and king size bed were both super comfortable. The grounds were also very plush. The location is great too - close to the beach and food trucks and very quiet.

Such a beautiful property full of old growth, the tropical stream is such a sweet part of the property our kids enjoyed every bit of it. This property is such a better stay if you want to be close to town and local markets

The condo was clean and very spacious. The bed was comfortable. The a.c. was really nice to have. The property was pretty. Our place was on the second floor. There was a 3rd floor as well. No elevators so you have to carry everything up and down. We would stay again.

This condo is located so close to multiple beautiful beaches, restaurants, and store fronts. The place itself is very nice, clean and comfortable. The ac keeps things cool at night and the bed is so comfortable! The hosts were very responsive as well. The condo is also equipped with beach chairs, umbrellas, and snorkel gear which is soooo nice and saves $$ on renting!

We loved our stay! We were three adults so we used all three beds and they were all great. The property is in a very lovely well manicured complex. It is peaceful and quiet with lots of birds, geckos, and koi (photo is from the lanai in the morning). You are so close to everything but feel like you are in the country. It is very clean and has everything you need for beach and stay. The washer and dryer were particularly handy. It's in a great location with a shopping center across the road. Nearby recommendations: 1) shop at Big Save Market in Koloa--they have the best poke at great prices, and their groceries are the best price and the freshest we found 2) coffee M-Sat at Eden Coffee a food truck across the roundabout--best coffee and nicest staff 3) eat/happy hour at the restaurant at living foods market--the food is great and prices reasonable--deviled eggs were to die for, 4) Poipu Beach Park has great snorkling, turtles in the am and early pm and lovely beaches, also free parking and easy drive or walk from the apartment. 5) If you like animals you can pay for a field trip with a dog from the Kauai Humane Society--the dogs are sweet and they set you up with everything you need for the day--make a reservation before you go. We had a wonderful trip and will stay in this apartment next time we return.

I booked this place because of location price, and was pleasantly surprised when we got there. It had a fully stocked kitchen, enough towels for the apartment and beach, and beach accessories (2 beach chairs, 2 umbrellas, small cooler, etc.). It was also very clean and the king sized bed was very comfortable. I will definitely stay here again in the future and recommend it to my friends/family.

This is a lovely unit. Spacious & clean. But there’s a rental house right behind the patio. If you got unlucky like us and had a group of noisy neighbors then you’ll wake up earlier than you like to. Property mgr was great, she manage to speak to the neighbors PM. But given such close proximity and the shutter windows, you will hear noise from just the neighbors talking and moving their chairs. No formal dining room.

Really enjoyed our Stay! The place was spacious, clean, and had great air conditioning. We really enjoyed being so close to the shopping center.

This is a lovely, well landscaped area, within walking distance to beaches. There is plenty of room for parking. The pool and hot tub are cold in March. The condo is much bigger than the pictures show. The kitchen is well stocked, beds are comfortable, lots of great breezes, a comfortable lanai, which is quite private.

Loved our condo! Great for 2 people. Very conveniently located. We had a small issue and our host was on it immediately and made sure we were happy with results! Highly recommend this place to stay!

This was a great base to explore the area. Very clean and accurate to photos. Bed was comfortable and we would stay here again. Recommend some sort of white noise on your phone or otherwise to drown out the roosters in the area which are unavoidable & common. Pool was so nice to hang out at when we were too lazy to head to beach.

The condo had everything we needed for our week in paradise. Plenty of towels, linens and kitchen supplies. The air conditioning units cooled the bedroom and living area quickly. Plenty of available parking and beautiful grounds and gardens. I would highly recommend this unit, as long as you can walk up the one flight of stairs to the unit!

This condo was the perfect amount of room for us. It was clean and had all the amenities we needed for our stay. It was central to Poipu - great area!

Stayed for a week, great stay, great location. Was construction going on but wasnt an annoyance by any means. Had family stay in same location but different room. Theyre rooms were both hot and muggy while ours stayed cool the entire time. Washer and dryer are a must along with the AC. Overall great stay!

The picture doesn't do justice on how spacious this condo is. Very clean, well maintained and walking distance to beach (20 min).

The condo is in a nice location and close to quite a few shops and restaurants. Close to Poipu Beach although it’s not a great beach since the ocean floor is very rocky. The property is very nice, beautiful landscaping and very quiet. Great pool area too! This isn’t the owners problem, but way finding on the property would be nice. After a long day of travel and a Costco run, it would be nice to have signage pointing you in the direction of your building, trash, pool, etc. The condo had all the necessary amenities you need for the week. The bed is super comfortable and love the bedroom furniture! There’s no kitchen table in the condo (because of the Murphy bed) so that’s weird. You could eat on the lanai, but with the humidity and the noise from the rooster, it’s nice to eat inside. At least there’s the bar!

Stayed here for 4 nights in August 2024. Upon entering, I found the unit to be clean, cool (thanks to two Daikin AC units in the living area and bedroom), and contained all the required cooking utensils to make meals. The large fridge was perfect to store cold food and drinks. Opposite ends of the unit open up to allow a cross breeze; there is a lanai with table and chairs. The bathroom was clean, although smelt a little musty. The location of the complex is set back from the beach, and the surrounding area is wonderfully quiet. The pool was great to swim in the afternoon after island exploring earlier in the day.

Really nice place for 2 or 4 people! Spacious condo, comfortable bed and all the needed amenities. We really enjoyed our stay!

It has been 14 years since my last visit to my island home. There has not been a day that goes by that I have not missed being in Poipu. My stay here was magnificent. The condo was quiet and clean. I could have not asked for a better place to stay at this time around. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for sound of mind.
