Waikiki mountain view, close to beach & restaurants! Parking, kitchen, pool!

Other then the elevators delays it was a wonderful stay ??✈️

This property had it all!

The condo was perfect for our week stay! It was clean and nicely decorated. Plus, it was equipped with everything we needed and it was within short walking distance to downtown and the beach. Communication for check in and check out went super smooth. The parking garage was great too!

Everything about the condo was amazing. They even supplied dishwashing liquid and a brand new sponge as well as laundry pods, even though we didn’t use them. There was plenty of soaps, shampoos conditioners, and toilet paper available for use. There was only one issue with the property itself. The air conditioner was leaking water heavily on the back lanai, which made it a little slippery but as soon as I told the rental manager, he arrived immediately to assess the situation and it was agreed that he would wait to repair it until we checked out, which was preferred on my end. Overall, this was a great day. I cannot comment too much on the beds as we tend to buy our own sheets and pillows. However, the mattress was soft.

We had a sweet stay for our honeymoon! Love how close it was to the beach and loved having a kitchenette to cook some meals there!

The location is convenient (close to beach, Diamond Head, restaurants, shopping), room was very clean, and the king bed was really comfortable. We were overall happy and would definitely come back. There were just a few minor things (sofa bed needs repair, toaster and phone did not work), but aside from that no major issues. I let the property manager know so hopefully those get fixed soon as that's the only reason for my lower stars. Sofa bed would not be very comfortable for most adults but it's ok for kids.

I was very satisfied with our week long stay at this rental. The room was clean and the location is excellent. Its about a block and half from the beach and a 10 minute walk to the international marketplace with abundant shopping and dining options. Having parking included with this rental was also very important as we never had to worry about where we would park our rental car. We plan to book this property again the next time we visit Honolulu.

Whe our daughter and granddaughter was with us, we stayed at the luxury Waikiki Beach Tower so this definitely spoiled us. However, the Waikiki Banyan could use some interior update other wise it was satisfactory.

The carpet and couch is a little old but the mattress on the couch bed was very comfortable. There was snorkel equipment, chairs and a little ice chest we took to the beach several times. It's a really close walk to the beach and stores. We couldn't get the roku working and the sliding doors in the unit wouldn't slide really well. The elevators in this facility are so slow so expect to wait awhile to be able to get a ride on them. But overall great stay.
