The Space:

From the 17th floor of the Waikiki Banyan, your mornings begin with sweeping ocean and city views stretching across the Honolulu skyline. Just one block from the sands of Waikiki Beach, this 600 sq ft unit puts you at the center of it all - sun, surf, and everything the island has to offer.



Living area

Settle into a bright, comfortable space featuring a king bed and a pull-out sleeper sofa (best suited for children or occasional use), a window A/C unit, and a 50 LG Smart TV with cable. Step directly out to your private lanai, where a table and two chairs give you a front-row seat to those iconic views.



Kitchen & dining

The full kitchen is stocked for real cooking - an air fry oven, microwave, Kenmore refrigerator with freezer, rice maker, blender, kettle, drip coffee maker, toaster, baking sheet, and wine glasses are all ready to go. Pots, pans, dishes, silverware, and cooking basics round out the setup. A dining table with four chairs makes every meal at home feel effortless.



Bedroom & bathroom

The bedroom is separated from the living area by a sliding door for added privacy. It features a king bed, a closet, dresser, and nightstand. The bathroom includes a tub/shower combination with a hand-held shower wand, a bidet-equipped toilet, vanity with cabinet, hair dryer, and complimentary toiletries - shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Fresh bath towels, hand towels, and washcloths are provided for each guest.



Beach essentials

Two beach chairs, a beach umbrella, beach cooler, and beach mat are on hand so you can head straight to the sand without the hassle.



Recreation deck (6th floor)

The shared recreation deck is open daily from 8:00 AM to 9:00 PM and features a large heated outdoor pool, three hot tubs, a sauna, sun loungers, and daybeds. BBQ and grill stations with seating are also available ($5 per hour, price subject to change). A children's playground and a full tennis and play court round out the amenities.



Building & extras

Free parking for one vehicle is included - a saving of $45-$60 per day. High-speed Wi-Fi (500+ Mbps) and an Ethernet connection keep you connected throughout your stay. Laundry rooms are available on every floor (WASH-connect/WASH-card). An on-site coffee shop and convenience store are located on the ground floor. An EV charger (Level 2, 220V) is also available on the premises.



Location

The Waikiki Banyan sits one block from Waikiki Beach and within easy walking distance of the Honolulu Zoo, Kapiʻolani Park, Diamond Head, and a wide variety of shops, restaurants, and attractions.



Check-in is after 3:00 PM and check-out is by 10:00 AM. For guaranteed early check-in or late check-out, an additional night is recommended.

Public transportation, rideshares, and bike rentals are readily available, while nearby bus stops connect you to popular destinations like Ala Moana and Pearl Harbor. The Banyan also offers parking for those exploring by car.

• A welcome starter kit with coffee, toiletries, and essentials is provided to help you settle in comfortably upon arrival; please note this kit is complimentary and not replenished during your stay.

• Free parking is included (maximum vehicle height: 6 ft). Large SUVs or lifted vehicles are not recommended. The garage is best suited for compact cars and mid-size SUVs.

• A parking pass will be available after check-in. Detailed instructions will be provided once your booking is confirmed. Please remember to return both the parking pass and keys at check-out to avoid additional fees.
