The Space:

Morning light spills across the private lanai as Diamond Head rises in the distance, with the city unfolding below and a glimpse of the Pacific beyond. Trade winds move gently through the space, and the rhythm of Waikiki - beach paths, cafés, and evening strolls - is just outside your door. From this elevated perch on the 18th floor, you can settle into island time at your own pace.



Location & setting

Set in Waikiki Banyan Tower 1, this entire unit places you in the heart of Waikiki, a short walk from Waikiki Beach, dining, shopping, and local attractions. From the private patio or balcony, you’ll take in city skyline views alongside mountain scenery anchored by Diamond Head. The building offers elevator access, along with convenient on-site services including a coffee shop and convenience store.



Living space

The living area is designed for easy relaxation after a day out. A sectional sofa and leather armchair create a comfortable place to unwind, with a 48 inch HDTV with standard cable for evening downtime. Fast wifi - 213 Mbps supports streaming, video calls, or remote work, and an Ethernet connection is also available. A window AC unit and portable fans help maintain comfort throughout the day.



Kitchen & dining

A full kitchen provides space to cook meals at home, with full-size appliances and everything needed for everyday dining. A nearby dining table makes it easy to enjoy breakfast before heading out or settle in for a relaxed dinner after sunset. Coffee maker: Keurig coffee machine and coffee are available for a simple start to your morning.



Sleeping arrangements

The bedroom is separated from the living area by a sliding door, offering added privacy. It features two queen beds with cotton linens, room-darkening shades, and clothing storage with a closet and dresser. The layout comfortably accommodates up to four guests.

The recreation deck at Waikiki Banyan is currently undergoing a complete transformation and is scheduled to officially reopen on May 18, 2026.



Once completed, this will be the largest recreation deck in Waikiki, entirely rebuilt with all-new amenities, landscaping, and furniture. The redesigned space will include:

• Three brand-new hot tubs

• A brand-new sauna

• All new loungers and daybeds

    Parking was so convenient and we loved elevator’s so close by. Room was clean, beds were very comfortable. Pool was under construction, but we knew this before our stay and we were fine with it. Wish kitchen had mixing bowls. For the price we paid, we would have loved quality toilet paper and paper towels. Such a nice place why go cheap on the small things? This condo is a perfect location to the beach, food, fun and walking distance to it all. Loved this place, wish the folks above us in 1911 respected the rules and remembered they were not the only folks staying there, they were loud and yelled during sleep times to the point of waking us up at 1am 3am, thank goodness it was not an early wake up for us the next morning. Over all what a great place, city views were pretty and once slider was closed the noise of the city was shut out. Thank you for our home away from home!
