The Space:

Waikiki's rhythm has a way of pulling you in — the salt-tinged air, the palm-lined streets, the easy shuffle between beach and city. This elevated condo at the Waikiki Banyan puts you right at the center of it all, with sweeping city skyline and mountain views stretching out from your private lanai, and the shore just a short walk away.



The space

This entire one-bedroom condo accommodates up to four guests and sits on a higher floor within the Waikiki Banyan. City skyline and mountain views are visible from the living area, bedroom, and private lanai, with a glimpse of Diamond Head from the kitchen. A private entrance and elevator access make arrivals and departures effortless, whether you are here for a long weekend or an extended stay.



Sleeping arrangements

The bedroom is separated from the living area by a sliding panel door and contains one queen-size bed and one full-size bed. Extra pillows and blankets are provided. The living area offers a reclining futon sofa as additional sleeping space, making the layout a comfortable fit for couples, small families, or a group of friends.



Living space

An open floor plan connects the living area, kitchen, and lanai in a relaxed, flowing layout. A 50-inch TV with standard cable and fast wifi - verified at 284 Mbps - keep you entertained and connected, with an ethernet connection also available for video calls or remote work. A window AC unit keeps the space cool and comfortable throughout your stay, and the single-level layout means no stairs inside the home.



Kitchen and dining

The fully equipped kitchen is ready for everything from a quick breakfast to a proper home-cooked meal. You will find a GE stainless steel electric stove, GE stainless steel single oven, GE refrigerator, microwave, blender, rice maker, toaster, baking sheet, hot water kettle, and a drip coffee maker - along with coffee provided to start your mornings. A dining table and countertop seating give you options for where to sit and enjoy your meals.



Bathroom and laundry

The bathroom includes a bathtub with shower, hot water, and a selection of Essentiel Elements bathe products - shampoo, conditioner, and body soap - along with shower gel, hair dryer, and cleaning products. Paid washers and dryers are available in the building, with laundromat options also nearby for longer stays.



Outdoor living

Step out onto the private patio or balcony to take in the views and settle into the outdoor furniture or sun loungers. Beach essentials are provided - including beach towels, umbrella, beach blanket, and snorkeling gear - so you can head to the shore without overloading your bag. A shared BBQ grill and outdoor dining area are also available for evenings spent outside.



Building and parking

One free parking space is included in the on-site garage, and an EV charger (Level 2, 220 volts) is available on the premises. The building's shared outdoor playground is a welcome bonus for families. Shared pool, hot tub, and sauna are available. The hot tub is available all year when open, from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM. Self check-in via keypad gives you flexibility on arrival, and long-term stays of 28 days or more are welcome.
