Fantastic stay!! The unit is clean, updated and well appointed . Very easy in and out. Proximity to 7-11 and food trucks a huge plus. We had a great time! Mahalo plenty!

Great condo to host my family for our vacation, the owner was very good with answering questions. Highly recommend this condo for your future travel.

My kids and stayed here for 5 days and it was perfect. It was clean and any questions I had were answered promptly. Everything is within walking distance and the food trucks across the street were amazing. When I rerun I will stay here again.

The apartment was great, airflow through the apartment meant we didn't need to use the HVAC system (April) and was at the quieter end of Waikiki - helps if you want to sleep. The apartment met the description and photos in the advertisement. It was walking distance to the beach, canal, grocery stores, bakeries, buses, restaurants, food trucks, the Ala Moana mall, and collection points for tours. It was good to have a laundry room a few steps away from the door, which was easy to access and use (helpful to have a credit card or one attached to your mobile phone to operate the laundry and dryer - it is inexpensive). The host is lovely to deal with, responsive, accommodating, and provides clear instructions about how to access the property. He also provided great advice about local spots, good grocery stores, and vehicle rentals.

Rooms were clean. The bathroom could’ve been cleaner. There were some cockroaches in the property, though we tried keeping the property as clean as possible. Maybe the island weather! Apart from that, the property is close to all the happening stuff, food trucks, waikiki downtown and beaches. Also, the host left some beach utilities on the property whichbis hood for someone wanting them.

Had everything we needed. Good location. Very accommodating with a request they did not have to do. Would stay here again.

The property was exactly as advertised. We appreciated the recent renovations, with comfortable beds and well stocked with towels and necessities. We even cooked one full dinner with the well supplied kitchen. Central location was great for visiting kiddo studying at UHM, and the street noise was generally fine 10:00pm to 6:00.Recommended.

While the location was convenient, as described, there were numerous other things which did not meet expectations. I read many reviews which commented on the cleanliness of the condo. Upon our arrival there was dirt, hair, paper and more on the floor under the bed, the trash can foot pedal was broken, there was a heavy layer of dirt on the windows and there was a stale odor in the bathroom. In addition, it was extremely inconvenient that there was no secondary furniture in the street side bedroom or any convenient place to store belongings during the stay.

I loved staying in the middle of Waikiki. Location gives you the opportunity to walk to many different places. Our host responded immediately if we needed anything. Just a little bit loud at night while trying to sleep because of being in the city.

The beds really stuck out--they had notably comfortable memory-foam queen mattresses.Good view of the Ala Wai canal and some of the nearby skyscrapers--we mostly ate breakfast on the balcony. Along an urban canyon corridor, with louvered windows so probably not great for folks with noise sensitivity. Location was highly walkable: food trucks about a block away, 5-10 minute walk to a serviceable local grocery store (less to several ABC stores). 15 minute walk to the nearest beach for swimming; snorkeling needed a bus or car ride to get to in a reasonable amount of time. Kitchen was serviceable for a few meals, not a gourmet setup, but that wasn't expected at the price point :) Laundry was credit card-operated at 3 per load for the washer and similar for the dryer and outside the apartment. We'll probably stay here again.

Close to the beach, shops, and central to all the adventures you could add to your interary!!

I stayed at the condo with my mother and my children. The walk to the beach was not too far. Having the food trucks near by was also nice. We didn’t spend too much time in the condo. Pretty much just to sleep and shower but it was perfect for us. We did want to cook at the condo more but there were little ants or something in the kitchen so we just ate out. The balcony door didn’t lock so keep littles away.

Surprised how cool the condo stayed even in late summer. 7/11 is 50 steps away which was great. Only downside which they do mention is no easy parking. The garage we frequented was 45 per day which does add up. Great value for the area and we enjoyed our trip.

Location was perfect, the apartment was clean, everything we needed was available, the communication was good, one small point (and the owner can do nothing about it) it’s very loud on the streets during the night, specially in the weekends. Overall we had a perfect vacation at the condo.

Dan is an excellent host. Very responsive to any issues. The place was clean, located in a good area that is in walking distance of pretty much anything you’d want to do in Waikiki. There were also a couple beach chairs, boogie boards and a cooler available which was great for going to the beach. We made use of the well-equipped kitchen to prepare breakfast and picnic lunches to take to the beach. Definitely great for those looking for a place that allows you to spread out a bit more than a hotel room.

We had a great stay overall. The apartment was spotless, well-maintained, and exactly as described. The location is fantastic—close to everything we needed—and Dan was an excellent host, always responsive and very accommodating.One thing to be aware of: the building is right on a major road, and the windows don’t block out much noise. As light sleepers, my wife and I had a tough time getting rest at night due to street noise and occasional loud music from passing cars, especially late in the evening. If you’re a deep sleeper, this may not be an issue, but for anyone sensitive to noise, it’s worth considering.That said, everything else about the stay was wonderful, and Dan made the experience easy and welcoming.

We enjoyed staying here. Walkable to the beaches and several shopping areas. We would stay here again if we returned.

The apartment had a few things wrong with it . The bed was unstable it was almost falling apart aswell as the remotes for the aircon and tv that was in the room which had no remote. The shutters on the windowa were faulty. Aswell as the aircon was not secure.

Worked great for our family of 4 adults, with one sleeping on the on foldout couch. Great location for walking to a lot of eateries and the beach. Fairly noisy at all hours, the neighborhood doesn’t sleep! A/C works fine if you keep windows closed, curtains drawn, and bedroom doors open for circulation. Otherwise there isn’t enough of a cross beeeze from the windows being open to keep you cool at night.

Great location. Restaurants and grocery stores near by. There were 4 adults in the room and it would have been nice to have another comfy chair to sit in. Dan was so nice to work with!

We came to the island for a wedding but wanted a place to be able to stretch out in with our family of 5 (3 kids ages 12,9,7) and this was the perfect spot. Close to so much stuff that we basically walked everywhere. No free parking, but a paid parking lot was close enough that we were able to leave our rental vehicle to places. There is a rental car place right there that we would probably use if we ever came to the island again. I absolutely recommend this location and we were sad to leave.

The condo was in an excellent location and was very clean. The food trucks were close by and serve delicious food. The only downsides were the noise, definitely don't recommend for light sleepers. Also the beds were not the greatest. 1 was very firm while the other was very soft. Overall though we enjoyed our stay and Dan was excellent with communication.

Good location, close to everything. Very clean. Only drawback is the noise of Waikiki - but that comes with the location! A few more hooks for hanging wet towels would be a bonus.

Our family of five stayed here for 10 days and we loved it. The room that we were in was so clean and it was very convenient for us. Loved how it came with all the cookwares and dinnerwares. Plenty of extra towels, washer & dryer on each floors. Although the noise kinda kept my kids up some nights but that didn’t stop them from loving the view.We also love the location because it was closed to a grocery store and all the food trucks. We will definitely be back for another vacation.

We stayed 10 nights from Dec 4-14. Condo was located in the Royal Aloha. Definitely an aged building however, this unit has been updated. It was as described, clean, and well equipped. Beds were very comfortable and as a bonus the owner provided beach chairs, sun tent and beach towels. Good location with walking distance or inexpensive Uber/Lyft ride anywhere. Overall we would stay here again.

The apartment was so clean, tidy and modern, it looked like it had be recently refurbed. The location couldn’t be any better and will definitely recommend to others.

There was no difficulty checking in or out. Space had an excellent view of the city. It was clean and a very comfortable place to relax after fun in the sun!! Located within walking distance to beaches and shops. Very grateful we picked this location, highly recommend!

Everything was perfect from check-in to all the stuff in the condo. Our only complaint was the sound of the sirens and the vehicles, that we hear every night from the 10th floor, we got used to it after a while. Overall it was great, Dan was a good host answered all our questions. We will recommend his place if he opens it up again.

Our stay at the condo was lovely. It’s such a convenient location. The host was very responsive and the house was well stocked and clean.

The rooms are huge. upgraded condo. love the beds, living room and nice bathroom. My only concern is the paid parking (tight parking lot/bring cash). And the crazy people at midnight and 3am. Mahalo for hiring Hawaiian cleaner.

Check in process was easy but there was no mention at all about the parking situation. I ended up spending an additional $166 to park my rental car at a garage for 4 days. There is street parking but MAX 2 hours but free from 10pm-6am. The condo was beautiful but the air conditioner kept leaking all over the patio. There was a pan under there and a towel to sop up whatever was leftover. I felt bad because it dropped to the patios below so we turned the ac off and it was super hot. Luckily we were able to book an additional night because our flight home to vegas was cancelled because of the system outage and didn’t fly out until 1130pm. Unfortunately when I got home I got a message from the owner saying I stole $85 worth of towels! I even washed almost ALL the towels and put them back!! I’ve never been accused of stealing in my life! A charge of $280 was requested! After checking with the cleaners the request was rescinded cause they found the towels!!! Never have I ever been so disgusted in my life!!
