Nice condo near everything. It was a huge plus having parking!

The property is very accessible to all locations. Our family enjoyed the place, we felt right at home.

I liked that it was very close to Waikiki beach! Quiet and safe place.

Unit is OK except that most of appliances along with bed sheets, pillows are out of date (old). Carpet on hallway is very dirty. Building and elevator is kind of old. Parking is not very comfortable.

We loved our stay at the banyan! The condo has everything that you need for cooking and also some beach chairs, and cooler for outings. The separate room with sliding door was great for privacy. Maybe could upgrade that door if I’m nitpicking. This is located nicely in Waikīkī where walking or moped is a must. Great places to eat just a block away, as well as the beach just a block away! The pool / spa area was closed, I would have loved a soak in the spa after hiking but it looks like the remodel should look great soon. Monique was great about answering questions and being a great host

It was a good experience. The owner was very responsive. I had a problem with the refrigerator acting up. It turned out the fan was dealing with ice. I contacted the owner and got a quick servicing which fixed the problem. Including parking was very helpful

Great accommodations for 2. Excellent location, 2 blocks to the beach and everything else, from groceries to restaurants to surf rentals. Very comfy bed with a great selection of pillows Easy checkin and communication with Monique. Couldn’t use the pool as it’s under construction BUT knew this when I booked, don’t think the price reflected it though. The shower spout needs to be replaced to ensure good water shower pressure. Talked to Monique about it 3/26/26Convenient, 1block away (Marriott), we paid to store our suitcase on checkout day as our flight was 10 hrs later, this worked out great!! 8 per suitcase/bag.

We had a wonderful stay and can’t say enough great things about this condo or the host. The condo itself is perfect — great location, very comfortable bed, full kitchen, and laundry conveniently located just down the hall. The balcony was one of our favorite spots to sit and enjoy coffee in the morning, and we loved keeping the windows open during the day with the fresh air and then using the air at night for comfortable sleeping.Free parking was a huge bonus, especially since parking in the area can easily run 50 per day if you’re not staying on-site. The beach is an easy walk, which made everything so convenient.Any needs or questions we had were responded to quickly and kindly. The host was truly wonderful and made us feel very well taken care of. The pool area is currently under renovation, but you can already tell it’s going to be beautiful once completed.This condo truly felt like a home away from home, and we would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to friends and family without hesitation.

It was a clean and beautiful room to stay. The 2 beds were comfortable and clean. The place was a walking distance to the beach and to restaurants and bar. The sunset view from the room was beautiful.

Property was clean and conveniently located. It was a bit worn and sparse. Limited plates and glasses. The AC was a single window unit. With overheads fans, was reasonably comfortable. Free parking and beach gear was a plus. Plenty of towels. Not enough coffee and toilet paper for a four night stay. Manager responded promptly when contacted.

Monique was wonderful at replying quickly. She was very responsive. Hassle free check-in which we loved. The furniture is a little bit dated. The bed/mattress is comfortable. The one small issue we had is that the water pressure is terrible in the bathroom.The faucets are really old and when you turn on the shower water it also comes out of the bath faucet.Excellent location we never had any issues with loud noises. The parking was awesome and very helpful.They had a fan located on the dresser drawer, which was nice. Checking out was a very easy process as well. We would recommend this condo.

We had a fantastic stay at the Waikiki Banyan condo! The accommodations were exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. The location was perfect—just a short walk to the beach, shopping, and great dining options.Our host Monica, was absolutely wonderful—welcoming, responsive, and truly went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience. From check-in to check-out, everything went smoothly. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay and would gladly return. Highly recommend

Perfect kitchen

This location was absolutely perfect. Close to everything yet just set back enough to not be overwhelmingly loud. We slept peacefully! The host responded very quickly and was so kind! Definitely will book again when we come back!

Overall, this was a good location and with parking it made for a great time while in the area. The only issue, and this is not the fault of the renter, is the elevator and if all units were in operation. Too often, either the cars were completely full or there was only 1 elevator working. So, we adjusted to avoid busy times in the morning and around dinner time. Otherwise, we had a great time.

Walk to everything, four elevators that connect to the parking made getting to and from the 9 ninth floor easy.

No hassles, good location, short walk to the beach. Parking garage included in the price was a plus.

Everything about the condo was as pictured and wonderful.The facility itself has slow elevators and is dated with a musty smell.Loved the location and free parking.

The room itself was great as well as the host. The building's location makes if very convenient to the beach and shops. Unfortunately, the building elevators get a zero rating. The wait times were long and in several cases, the elevator did not stop on our floor. Because we were on the 9th floor, we utilized the fire stairs instead of the elevator whenever possible. Downtown Waikiki is very loud day and night and that limited our use of the balcony and keeping the sliding window open.

Great condo with excellent location for walking to the beach and restaurants nearby! Short walk to catch trolleys, too! Would definitely stay again!

Had a wonderful 10 night stay at this property. Perfect location! 5 minute walk to the beach and steps from lots of restaurants/shopping.

This is a great spot close to everything in the Waikiki Beach area. Easy to navigate. Parking included which is a huge plus. Monique was responsive and helpful. The bed was comfortable - I'm picky. The umbrella was very handy! Overall so glad I picked this spot. I would suggest maybe equipping the condo with a small handheld vacuum - handy for cleaning up the inevitable sand ;)

Please double check all light blubs after each stay. The main entry way light blub was out. Also the room could use another light source in the living area.

We had a fantastic stay at this 1BR unit at the Waikiki Banyan. It was spotless and well-maintained, making it feel like a true home away from home. The listing was accurate, and the unit was just as described—spacious, fully equipped kitchen, and it was a huge bonus to have free parking and no resort fees. The location couldn’t have been better! It’s right in the heart of Waikiki, with easy access to the beach, restaurants, and shops. We couldn’t have asked for a better spot to explore the area. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking to enjoy a hassle-free stay in Waikiki!

The property is about 3 blocks from Waikiki beach and has the zoo and aquarium within walking distance. The playground and pool/hot tubs were very clean and loved by our kids. The property had more than enough towels, linens, and kitchen essentials! There is some building construction that made elevators run slow or added some noise. This unit also had beach blanket, chairs, and a stroller that all came in handy! We would definitely stay again!

We loved that there were complimentary beach chairs to use, lots of room and could see both the ocean and the mountains from our balcony!

Close to everything you need

The property was great; had everything we needed and then some. Location was great and convenient. The parking access was extremely helpful. Will definitely stay here again!

Very close to great beaches in Wakiki. (better beaches than Hilton villages etc IMHO). Beach view from the room (especially from bedroom). There is obstructed view from Lanai. Many amenities such as beach chair, beach mats, beach towels, boogie boards, umbrella, tents and even strollers and coolers.
