The pool and all associated amenities will be closed starting April 7, 2025,

for an estimated duration of 10 to 14 months to accommodate the Recreation

Deck renovation project.



This 37th floor condo has spectacular views of the Ocean and Diamond Head and

is only a few blocks away from the world-famousWaikiki Beach! This unit comes

with a fully furnished kitchen which includes a full-sized refrigerator,

stove-range, microwave, rice maker, coffee maker, and all the kitchen supplies

you will need to have an at home cooking experience while on vacation. This

kitchen is complete with a large island and stools for all your dining needs.

We want you to sit back and relax in this condo's spacious living area that

includes pull-out sofa and Cable TV. The lanai also has a table and chairs for

you to sit and enjoy a warm cup of coffee watch the sun rise over Oahu!



This unit has a great bedroom with 2 Queen Sized Beds and an amazing view of

Diamond Head from the window. The bedroom can be made private by the sliding

partition doors or left open for a very spacious room. The bathroom right off

the bedroom includes all you need in a bathroom and a great shower/bath with a

detachable shower head. This bathroom is the perfect place to wash away all

the sand and ocean from a great day spent at the beach! Coin Operated washers

and dryers are located a few doors down the hall.



Additional sleepers can be arranged by special request, if need be, we do

provide high quality inflatable beds. Please contact us directly prior to room

assignment.



This unit comes with FREE Wi-Fi internet, TV with cable. There is A/C in the

*Please Note: The Waikiki Banyan will be remodeling their 6th floor recreation deck starting mid 2025. At which time, certain amenities like the swimming pool and hot tubs will not be available. All time frames are estimated.

famous Waikiki Beach, you can easily enjoy dipping your toes in the soothing

Hawaiian nightlife. The Waikiki Banyan is also close to top-notch dining

options and shopping centers like the International Marketplace and Royal

Hawaiian Shopping Center. For family fun, the Zoo and Aquarium are just around

the corner, and public transportation is readily available for exploring

Honolulu, conveniently located just outside the building.



The Waikiki Banyan features a beautifully furnished lobby with Hawaiian decor,

soothing waterfall sounds, and a koi pond. Enjoy coffee and breakfast at The

Banyan Breeze, a local coffee shop, and stock up on local treats at the

lobby's Mini Mart. The recreation deck includes a full-length pool, hot tubs,

saunas, a tennis court, barbecue grills, and a children's playground. Property

Manager offers additional amenities such as free parking for one vehicle, free

Wi-Fi, cable TV, and fully equipped kitchens in each suite. Portable beds and

cribs are available upon request, and each floor has a laundry room with

provided detergent. With 24-hour security and an emergency guest assistance

    Wonderful location, our room is on the top floor, has beautiful views of the Waikiki Beach and the mountains. One block to the beach and bus stop is around the corner. We took bus all around Honolulu, Diamond Head and groceries shopping at Foodland. Too bad that we cannot see Friday night fireworks from our room but this is a wonderful place to stay.

    The unit was spacious and close to everything but the description was wrong in that it said that there was two queen size beds but which was incorrect. There was only one queen size bed and one twin size. Also the bed sag toward the middle a lot. The blackout curtains in the bedroom has tears in it. The air condition unit was leaking water all over the balcony so you have to sweep it up before stepping out to use the balcony. The unit needs a lot of updating.

    The view is great and you are close to everything. Sydney was very helpful with my reservation and she above and beyond to help me with my package. The unit was roomy and clean but the description is not accurate. It said there is two queen size bed but there is only one queen and one twin. The queen bed sags toward the middle of the bed. Also the curtains in the bedroom has holes in it. The air condition unit is very loud and it drips so you get a huge puddle on the balcony. We had to use a broom to sweep the water everyday so that we can use the balcony. Overall the unit just needs an upgrade but otherwise they have everything you would need to stay comfortably with your family.

    The building, and view were great. The beds were acceptable. The unit's cleanliness, paint, bathroom, and kitchen need some serious help. Was a bit shocked by both the level of and location of various stains on curtains, couches, and beds.

    We were at the highest floor but there’s 4 elevators . We were greeted with awesome view of the beach and Waikiki at night and day . Walking distance to the beach and yes the restaurants (our favorites too) and stores are everywhere . Not minding the crowd , everything is worth staying in this unit . Parking is convenient . My only drawback is hope we had more supply of trash bags. We’ll surely recommend and come back to this unit if available on our next vacation .     Super easy check in process, even though it’s a large complex we didn’t experience any long wait times for the elevator or a hard time finding parking, the view is just stunning. The furnishings are a little dated and the beds are a bit flat and hard. That didn’t bother us at all.
