Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved this unit! Great open floor plan, nice master bedroom with view of pond and palm trees. Some of the kitchen items should be updated- pans with scratches and 2 electric tea kettles but couldn’t use either one because grimy and rusty inside. The one major problem we had was our last night there we came back after being out for the day and there were a couple hundred bees all in the master bedroom!! Someone must have had a nearby unit sprayed and there’s obviously a hole or something in the unit that needs to be repaired because all the bees came into our unit! The most disappointing part was how the issue was handled- the rental agency didn’t offer to put us up in a hotel even though they had no other units for us to stay in. Also, if we chose to stay in the unit we’d have to stay in the guest bedroom that has 2 small uncomfortable twin beds and they’d still charge us for that night even though we wouldn’t be able to stay in the master bedroom which is what we signed up for and were paying for! So the response to the problem was unfortunate- we had to find our own place to stay and they said only then would they not charge us. Not great customer service there. Otherwise, really enjoyed the actual unit and location and surrounding activities.

Very nice place to stay. Easy check in. Convenient to shopping and restaurants. Close to beaches too. Beautiful property.

It was just fine

From the time we pulled in the parking lot we had issues with the neighbors using our parking space and not being able to contact them. When getting into the home, we started unpacking and saw cockroaches and maggots on the counter. There was a dead dried up frog in the bedroom. Bird feces all over the back deck leaving us with nowhere to sit. Upon leaving, they tried to con us into paying $150 for a key saying it was missing, luckily we took photos of exactly all keys returned to place. Over a week after getting home, we get an email stating that they're charging us $200, ON TOP of the initial cleaning fee, due to laundry. The owners instructed us to put all laundry and bed sheets in front of washer before leaving and to load dishwasher. Those things were done and photos taken. They automatically deducted this sending us an email stating their cleaners took too long doing their laundry, therefore charging us for it. We will never be staying there again, as the neighbors did warn us that they would do this. Please do not let this con artist do this to you through compass rentals.

Beautiful grounds and location. Close to all activities. The pool was just a short walk from our condo. The condo set-up was ideal for 2 families with bedrooms and bathrooms on opposite sides of the condo.
