Additionally, the living area also extends onto the expansive balcony, which hosts a dining table for 6 plus a cushioned sectional seating area with an additional dining table with seating for 8! 3 bedrooms offer king beds, the 4th bedroom features 2 queens, and the 5th bedroom includes a full over full bunk plus a twin trundle. There is also a twin daybed with a twin trundle in one bedroom, perfect for small children or grandchildren!

PLEASE NOTE: **Vista Del Mar allows one assigned covered parking spot and one unassigned parking spot in the surface lot on a first come/first serve basis only. No additional spaces are available.
Please note: Vista Del Mar is currently conducting an A/C replacement project and an exterior restoration project simultaneously. As a result, this is affecting the property in various ways. The A/C project is anticipated to end sometime mid to late May 2024 and the Exterior Painting project is anticipated to be complete come June 2024. Both projects are schedule permitting and the painting is at the mercy of the weather at times.
Here is what to expect:
• Closure of the gym, children's room, and indoor pool.
• Intermittent closure of the outdoor pool when swing stages reach the amenity area. Please reach out for updates.
• Intermittent noise is expected from the A/C project in the common areas. (drilling and sawing)
• GUESTS ABLE TO USE THE BALCONIES. Balcony furniture IS INSIDE of the UNIT at this time which guests can bring back and forth UNTIL the property RESTRICTS ACCESS. Contact us for updates.
• Work hours will be 7am - 5pm.

We have stayed at vista Del Mar several times. The location, at the end of the beach, is always really quiet and hardly any people when we travel. The unit itself is well apppointed, spacious and really nice. It is roughly 5 years old now and you can see where furniture needs to be professionally cleaned due to stains. Other than that, you won't be disappointed.
Perfect location. Amazing condo. Could not have asked for a better week.
Lovely condo, large enough for my extended family of 12. It has enough pots and pans, and large serving ware which was very helpful as we are in most nights. Biggest issues were lack of parking spots and no outdoor pool.
We had a great week in Perdido Key and I am not sure what more we could have asked for in a condo. Unbelievable view and location. The condo fit 2 families easily and was great.
We loved our week! The condo was beautiful. Despite the pool being closed due to hurricane damage the view of the beach and the condo were perfect for our group. The porch is awesome!

Great condo. Layout was awesome plenty of room for everyone. Loved the huge balcony. Appliances top notch and plenty of kitchen utensils. Front two rooms are warm compared to master suites. If you have more than one car not much overflow parking and if you have a third car you have to park off site. Property suggest a place 15min away that looks sketchy. We parked at the Publix. Loved the property being next to park and not a lot of other condos which made it seem like a private beach. Great condo. Great views. Great beach. Great property. Will stay there again and highly recommend for anyone else.
Everything about VDM is impressive. It’s a beautiful property and extremely well maintained. Condo 305 easily accommodated the 8 members of our party and allowed us to spread out or sit together to visit. The views from the condo were expansive and spectacular, and the outdoor furniture was abundant and very comfortable and inviting. All in all this is a special property. My only complaint regards parking. Having to pay to park extra vehicles 15 minutes away from the condo when there was an abundance of empty parking was an annoyance that could be avoided with a bit of creativity. I’m betting owners who were not in need of their parking spaces would let guests pay them to use their spaces avoiding the inconvenience of parking off site.
The condo is fantastic!! It’s extremenly spacious and immaculate throughout. The patio is enormous with great views up and down the beach! We’ll definitely be back!!
This condo is very pretty with a gorgeous view. The balcony view offers beautiful morning sunrises or evening sunsets. The bedroom with the bunk beds uses a bathroom in the main area but all other bedrooms have their own bathroom and are spacious and nicely decorated. Very very nice. I would recommend the unit.
