Vintage Hilton Head Island Condo: Steps to Beach!

It was a great stay in HH! Plenty of room. Short walk to the beach.

The condo was nice definitely would stay here again! Beach in walking distance restaurants and shopping close by. Had a great time !

This was an ideal space for our family of 6. Plenty of common gathering spaces as well as areas for privacy. We would gladly go back to this wonderful property any time. The location was perfect for beach access and walking distance to Coligny. The rooms weree clean, and they thought of everything a living space and kitchen might need for beach fun.

The condo was clean, well stocked and the perfect size for our group. The pool was right outside the condo and the beach just steps away. Great unit and location. We would definitely stay here again. Loved the privacy of the Hilton Head Beach Villas. The host was very responsive. Great to work with.

Wonderful property with a great community pool that was steps from the beach. Very close and walkable to all the excitement of the plaza. Plenty of room for us all to spread out and enjoy the space as well.

We enjoyed a beautiful week at the beach. It was easy to access the beach from our unit. We had plenty of space and room to relax. A full kitchen to cook our meals and was and clean.

Great property and so convenient to the beach. New stove and king size beds (with the most comfortable mattress I have ever slept on) were nice surprises. A working ice machine in refrigerator would have been nice. The second fridge made up for it! Overall we loved this complex and location to the beach and coligny. Pam was great and responded timely to inquiries. I would definitely stay here again!

This was one of the best family vacations we’ve had in a while, the unit was very nice, steps away from the pool,the outdoor balcony was amazing!The property manager Pam was extremely friendly with top notch hospitality.We will definitely be staying here again!

The unit and property was great for our family. Close to the beach, about a 3 minute walk. The pool is just a few steps away from the unit. A 5-10 minute walk to Coligany Plaza. The unit is well stocked with necessities. The only complaint is that the listing stated beach chairs and there was only 1 chair. Thankfully I had brought one from home. With a party of 6 adults, more beach chairs would have been nice. If you are driving you can usually fit those items in if you know you need to bring them but if you are flying you count on the items the unit is listing. Overall, I would highly recommend this unit and would stay here again.

The property is located on the beach. You can see the ocean from the unit. It is about a 3 minute walk out to the beach. The pool is right outside the unit. The listing says it has beach chairs but there was only 1 beach chair. Thankfully I brought 1 from home but we had a party of 6 adults so, more chairs would have been nice. The property is very well maintained. The unit is nice and clean. The walk to Coligany Plaza is about 5-10 minutes, not bad at all.

All was great here. We have 2 small complaints that wouldn’t stop us from staying there again though. The bathrooms have 1 towel rod and cute hooks. I’d prefer more rods to let swimsuit's and pool towels air out. The owners have set the thermostat to go back up to 76 degrees at 10pm and 6am (maybe another time too). That was an inconvenience having to make sure that was taken care of before we went to bed and we would wake up warm. I’d suggest having it in the outgoing procedures to have the thermostat set at their preferred temperature and have a fee in place if it wasn’t.

We loved the house which accommodated our family well. It was even closer to the beach than the listing stated and really central to everything else!

Our second stay and already looking forward to the next! We love this spot for our family of 7! The condo is well stocked and thoughtful, equipped for all that you need to a comfortable stay. The updates to the pool are super!! We love the proximity to the beach as well as to cologny and all the other things we love to do on the island- playground, pickleball, ice cream, etc.So thankful these owners are willing to share this lovely place with others!

It was so nice and cozy Meagan made sure we were comfortable the beach is directly behind you you can literally walk to it 10/10 the pool was nice and the people are very friendly walking distance to restaurants and shopping we loved it
