Two-three mile drive to 2 public beaches. No smoking, minimum stay is 30 nights, application fee is $100, maximum occupancy is 2 persons. There is a $500.00 security deposit due at booking refunded within 7 days after departure. Discount for multiple month rentals.

We stayed Jan., Feb. and March of 2017. The condo is wonderful and location at the north end of Marco on the Marco River is beautiful. Wonderful fishing, watching dolphins and sunsets everyday. The condo is decorated very tastefully and has all amenities needed. Being near the water, we had a nice breeze every day. It was very easy working with the owners and can't say enough nice things about our experience. We are going back next winter also. We love Marco and this condo.
