Villas North Charm: Free Water Park, Pool, Near Disney

We didn't get to experience extra amenities outside of the condo itself due to a short trip and miserable weather. The condo was very clean, comfortable and bigger than we even needed. It was great for my family of five. The drive to Disney and Walmart was easy.

Great location for EPCOT. Stayed get for the Disney race and it was very easy to get to and from the parks!

Villa was very nice. We enjoyed our stay. I would have a couple of suggestions for the bathrooms. My wife is disabled and some shower bars and handheld shower nozzles in all the bathrooms, so there is more flexibility. Overall everyone was helpful and friendly… nice resort!?

This condo was perfect for our family of 6! Super clean and so nice that each room had a bathroom! Master shower was awesome and so was the balcony!

Broken chair, ripped cushion on porch chair, took dryer 2 hours to dry 3 towels, water dispenser did not work on refrigerator, all ceiling fans make a horrible noise so they could not be used, no tissues, not even a whole roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, the couch was very worn and the couch pillows were dirty, neither balcony doors locked. I have never stayed in a VRBO that i had to immediately go to buy toilet paper. The master bedroom actually all bedrooms had 2 lamps and the rooms were extremely dark. The last morning, the hall, living room, bathroom in hallway and tub were covered with dead bugs. If this was my first VRBO, I would have never used it again. Currently looking at Paris and Nice but quite concerned after this last resort being rated excellent and it was far from it. I truly believe that part of a refund is due.I wait your response.Janice

Very nice and clean place very good staff

I already wrote in about the problems but want to be sure the management see this. We love Reunion Resort and started staying when it was the Gunn Reunion nearly 20 years ago. We had a nice time but just so you know there were multiple issues with the room. Roof leaks in living room in 3 places caused water on the floor and furniture. Microwave is very loud. Second bathroom shower “squeals” very loud and the toilet runs. The balcony stone table top is not attached on one of the legs and if you press on the edge of the table the entire top flips up. Fairly dangerous for children. Instructions for use of main remote versus Sharp TV remote were lacking. We tried using input but could not get Direct TV until later. Apple TV pod is available and no info on that either. Lighting over breakfast bar flickers (fluorescent light on a dimmer perhaps?). Holes in slider screens let small bugs in. The water park is great to have and always fun. But the kiddie pool in the condo area had a broken and wide open gate (again dangerous for kids), and there was a broken fence under the kids slide with exposed sharp metal edges. We stayed in a rental home last year and it was perfect. Smaller group this year so we stayed in the Villas North Charm this year. Maybe the hotel tower would be a better choice.

Full 3 bedroom 3 bath apartment. Spacious. Comfortable! Easy access. Safe. We were missing some things like salt and pepper and there are no other food supplies like sugar. I called and they delivered quickly. It should be part of their checklist!

We selected this property based on the location of the resort, amenities and previous reviews. The unit was very well maintained and prepared for our stay. It was spacious and accommodated our family of 5. We enjoyed the proximity to the water park. The location was convenient to grocery stores and restaurants. We visited Disney World on 4 days. We were close in proximity but we experienced at times traffic delays. We would stay at this property again.

Beautiful, well maintained, and clean resort. Professional security team in place. Kind and professional staff. Reasonably priced.

Bedrooms and bathrooms are large. Unit is roomy, with high ceilings. Furniture & beds are comfortable and in good condition. Deep balcony with chairs, dining set, and view of golf course. 4th (top) floor near elevator, but very quiet. Property includes a great water park for kids and adults. Very convenient to Disney parks. Multiple on-site dining options. Would definitely stay in this unit again.

Lovely unit. Easy access to Disney and Universal. Would love to come back.

The property and those we talked to while we were here, were amazing! This is definitely somewhere we would return to on our next trip to florida/ disney.

Interior was dated - cabinets scratched / not self closing; couches not comfortable - the whole villa needs to be updated!

I'll keep it simple ! It's the home away from home that you always dreamed of . It is only 15 minutes to Disney and has beautiful golf courses with immaculate / luxury condo living. What else can be said ?

We loved the location and the balcony was perfect for morning coffee. Great for our family of 5.

We liked the proximity to all the major parks and to lots of restaurants. It was wonderful to spread out. The three separate bathrooms were a life saver. The furnishing and beds were very comfortable. Our only complaint was that it was too dark. More lighting would have been better. w
