I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Need a new mattress in the bedroom. It was very bad.

Stayed Mar 18, 2025Loved the location with only a 5-10 minute walk to beautiful Driftwood Beach and right on the bike path. The kitchen was well appointed with plenty of cookware, utensils, dishes, glasses and sharp knives! Very impressed with Parker-Kaufman's quick response to resetting a malfunctioning lock and unclogging bathroom sink. Our only recommendations are; it’s time to replace the sagging mattress, replace unsecured hairdryer mount, clean the bathroom fan vent and provide countertop sanitizing products.

Stayed Mar 3, 2025Looked like a cheap renovation. Paint and tile. Beds horrible with large sagging in the queen and bad mattress on the sofa bed. The bathroom sink drained very slow. The drain looked like it was installed by a blind plumber. Tub 40 years old with stains and scratches. I wouldn't rate this unit as exceptional. We won't be back.
