Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Condo was clean, well maintained, and interior was updated and modern. Location is convenient to Breckenridge and Keystone ski resorts and in a safe well maintained neighborhood. The property management was easy to communicate with and had no issues with the arrangements.

he unit was well furnished with the necessary items for a long duration stay. Plenty of hot water, hot water heat worked well, community hot tub was clean, plenty of closet and storage space, and the garage was just big enough for standard 2022 Wagoneer. 3rd floor unit was nice (no noise from above) after acclimating to the elevation. I would stay in this unit and community during future visits. The management company, Summit Mountain Rentals, was very attentive to my requests for service (TV remote missing and washing machine service) and responded to texts very quickly.

My wife and I stayed for 6 weeks over Feb/Mar 2023. I was skiing; my wife wasn't. We found the accommodation warm and comfortable, and overall a very pleasant place to spend our time. The kitchen was also equipped to a high standard. I have taken off 1 mark for cleaning because, while the kitchen, bathrooms and surfaces were all impeccable, we found some areas we needed to do a deeper clean ourselves, and the cleaners had left us a blocked hoover. But this was all trivial stuff in the greater scheme of things. The pictures show no curtains in one of the living room windows, and although there is no house overlooking this window we asked for curtains and they arrived later the same day. In case it is useful to future tenants: I parked in the free Airport Parking Lot, which is about 5 mins drive away. There is a free bus from there (red route) which is quoted as being every 20 mins, but was normally much more frequent than that. It took me about 45 mins from door to Peak 8; a bit more at the weekends due to the queue at the gondola. We found the garage difficult to get into at first. The trick is that Enter button needs to be pressed very firmly, sometimes more than once. It is definitely the garage on the left as you face the building. It is a 12 minute walk down-hill to the main road. There are 2 Summit Stage buses which goes past once an hour each, but they arrive within a few minutes of each other. I would say a car is probably essential.
