VillaPlaya-Beautiful 3BR/2BA 30A-Steps from Beach!

We had a great stay! Communication was exceptional. Very cute decorated condo. However, just a few pointers. The coffee table could use some work. It seems like it would be easy to tip over. It is also a little large for the space. Also, every single time we cooked (even just to scramble eggs), the smoke alarms went off! Very annoying! Finally, the instructions on how to unlock the door were confusing. It said to press the logo, but the logo wasnt a button that could be pressed. We called the office and was told that was an old set of instructions for old locks, so those need to be updated.

The host was lovely BUTthe bath towels could be more absorbantThe soap. Shampoo and conditioner in the shower are not labeled so I had no idea what was whatThe front door would not lock The fire alarm went off both time I put toast in the toaster which frightened us terribly so I could not ever have my breakfast toastThe construction DIRECTLY in front of the master bedroom began at 7am every day including SATURDAY so no chance of sleeping in for sure!The furniture in the living room is way too big for the room size and there is no room to move TV in every room but NO INSTRUCTIONS on how to use anyI cannot in good conscience recommend this unit not choose it again

Our family had an enjoyable visit and stay at the Beach Villas. The condo was clean, had space for our family of 5 and small dog, and the kitchen was stocked with pots, pans so that we could cook most of our meals from the condo. Our dryer was not working and the management company quickly replaced it in less than 24 hours. Communication was very easy and response was timely. The pools, tennis, pickle ball courts were nice and lively but not too crowded. The grills are charcoal so we did not use them but others seemed very happy. The beaches are not open to the public everywhere but the public beach access was walkable and golf cart shuttle transport was convenient and drivers were kind and friendly. At the time of our rental the condo complex management company was working with two bike companies so there are limited rental options but it was a fairly smooth experience. The bikes are well used and many are not maintained optimally but the company was quickly swapped a couple of bikes so we that we could continue to enjoy biking to other areas for beaches and shopping. Proximity to Seagrove, Rosemary beach areas was nice and enjoyable without being too crowded. Overall we had a great time and will hopefully be back to visit soon!

Wonderful little condo to stay in for easy beach access! Easy instructions. Condo was nicer than expected. Super convenient to the beach. Only request is a few more bath towels for the bathrooms!

We only stayed in this property for 2 nights but really enjoyed our time there. The unit is very nice and kitchen had most everything you would need. I expected a standard coffee maker so I was not prepared for a Keurig maker. Complex offers a beach shuttle which is also a nice service. This area is an area that is great to have bikes and/or golf cart.

Overall great experience. Great location and close to nice restaurants and shops. Quiet area and the golf cart taxi to the beach was nice. Just call and they will pick you up at your door. Condo had everything you need. We would stay there again.

This condo was amazing! The decor was so cute and it was very clean upon arrival. Parking was easily accessible. We made great memories on the couch watching tv, on the balcony, and on the beach. The beach was steps away. I would come back here every year if I could!! Highly recommend this place!

We loved how close some of the shops and dining areas were and how the condo was. It was an all-around great experience and we would book it again
