The condo was very clean, the kitchen had every utensil imaginable, there were toys and games for all ages, a really exceptional unit. The owners were very responsive to questions, and checked with us to make sure that all was well. Exceptional.

This is our second time staying here and we love it! Elisha was amazing to work with, she responded to all my questions very quickly! We'll see you again very soon!!

Perfect location! The condo is tastefully decorated and had everything you could possibly need. The owner was great to communicate with. Beautiful views from the deck. Would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful apartment, very clean and spacious in a great area.The beds were also very comfortable.We had everything we needed and even more. Also the pool area and the Tennis/pickleball court is really nice. We enjoyed all of it. We walked down to the pier and the beach quite a few times, it is just a short walk away. We can also recommend the ice cream at the Kellerhaus, right next to the units.We can absolutely recommend the apartment!

This condo was just the right fit for our needs. All the important things that mattered to us were there: comfortable beds, reliable Wi-Fi access, on-site amenities such as the tennis courts, walkable to Weirs Beach and other attractions along the pier, and a cozy living space to relax in the evenings. A really nice touch was the detailed information sheet we received from the host, which provided all the necessary logistics for our stay. It also included lots of great tips about nearby things to see, do, and restaurants to consider. We took many of the suggestions for where to eat and were never disappointed. Overall, we had a lovely stay and would stay here again if we planned another trip to Laconia. Thank you!

The owners were super helpful. The location is very convenient to Weirs Beach and the Lake. It was great having 2 full bathrooms. We liked having a place to park our boat.

We stayed a couple of nights and loved the condo. Very comfortable for 4 of us. We would book again.

The only real problem with the property is something our hostess has no control over-our age. Because we are seniors there are too many stairs to enter and exit. The internet is spotty but you are in the mountains where even the best gps can fail. Our hostess was responsive and there were clear local directions. We had a great time and our horesponsive

The condo unit was perfect for two adult couples staying together, mainly because of the seperated two bedrooms and two bathrooms (kitchen in the middle). The place was neat and clean with many conviences such as closet organizers, hangers, extra pillows, and all kitchen appliances and items to use such as saran wrap, tin foil, dish soap, chip clips, etc. The unit was nice and cool because of 3 window a/c units and fans in each bedroom. The only draw backs were that the bedroom a/c units are a bit old, therefore are a bit loud. Also the internet tended to be slow and the TV tended to buffer at times. The location to Weirs beach is walking distance as well as a brew pub that was conveniently found through a path right behind the pool. This brew pub made a delicious pizza. Overall the unit was nice for 4 people and the walking distance to the nice pool was fine. Nice condo unit. Looks better from the inside. :)

We stayed here for the New Hampshire nascar race weekend. The location was great, close to everything. The condo was very comfortable and beautifully decorated. We will definitely be back

It was a great spot for our famil: a pool, playground and basketball court made my kids happy. The hosts were amazing communicators. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them or this condo.
