A little walk to get into downtown. The area was very quiet. We had access to the pool and hot tub which was wonderful! No issues at all with anything in the condo or with booking it. The host replied promptly with any question I had. Our only suggestion is it would be nice to have a little bit of sugar and coffee available. We would definitely stay again!

The property is very convenient to downtown Durango. Just a short trip down the hill.

When we arrived the condo had not been cleaned. Dirty sheets, stripped beds, towels and trash in the unit. it was 81 degrees in the unit. We called and waited about 90 minutes to get it cleaned before we could unpack after being on the road all day. They came and cleaned and did a great job. The AC was window units and box fans and the unit was on the third floor of the building, making it tough for seniors! It would have been nice to know the location of the unit as we would not have booked a 3rd floor unit. The dishwasher wasn't working and the dark colored extra towels for the pool were not enough for our party of five. Overall, we have stayed at worse, but also have stayed at much better.

The place was infested with bed bugs. Had to move to a hotel.

Super convenient location in Durango! The apartment had everything we needed. Some of the instructions are slightly outdated but once I figured out to find them on the website, everything was explained. The host was very receptive to questions. AC is window units, but it worked fine apartment was Tidy and comfortable. We enjoyed the pool in hot tub after our long days of exploring and hiking.

Everything was nice except the pool was out of order for most of our stay. Would have been nice to know before we arrived.

Vacation Rental Collective was very responsive. At this price, I have a list for the owners. 1. Replace your towels and linens with all cotton sheets and better towels. I was issued towels like this in college. 2. Get rid of the area rug on top of carpet in the living area. If the carpet is stained or worn - replace it. 3. Pots and pans need upgrading. Why are there 4 8 fry pans? Go through all kitchenware and get rid of the old stuff. 4. The couch is worn out and uncomfortable.

The starter pack of cleaning products and toiletries was nice touch and the kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals. The complex was very quiet (in late June) and just a few miles from Main Street. We did not use the pool but it looked nice. I would stay here again.

The condo was alright. The second night during rain, a leak from the hallway light fixture occurred. The management was responsive to our correspondence but repair didn't occur as we were told the repair company for the HOA only responded during the week. The condo was moderately appointed in terms of kitchen utensils, pots, pans, etc. The location was relatively convenient to Durango Main Street but the condominium complex appeared a bit run down from the exterior.

Enjoyed our stay. Nice hike into town from condo.

The property was a great home base for our family as we explored and enjoyed friends in Durango. The pool was terrific and the condo had everything we need.
