Village at Breck Amazing Mtn and Town of Breck Views Ski In/Ski Out

We really enjoyed our stay at Bright Haus Retreat! The unit was fully updated, clean and well stocked. Very well set up for days of skiing as well as hanging out in the condo with games and puzzles available. We appreciated the availability of storage lockers to use for our luggage before and after check in/check out. The owners were quick to communicate. We would definitely stay at this property again.

Jeff and Sandy were very responsive and provided clear information as hosts. The property was clean and comfortable just as listed. Very short walk to Quicksilver lift was perfect for our ski weekend. We would stay at this property again.

Great location, about 100 yards from Quicksilver lift at base of Peak 9, and 100 yards from Main Street to enjoy the amazing village at Breck. Jeff and Sandy are amazing hosts. They are quick to respond and eager to serve. We had a small issue with our ability to regulate the temperature and they made an hour drive to set up their portable AC to make sure we were comfortable. They also brought us champagne to celebrate New Years. They are the best! Thanks for a great stay.

Super close to Peak 9, beds were super comfy, loved the heater for boots and mittens, loved the coffee shop that was steps away. Great hot tub, and game/lounge room. Super close and walkable to everything on Main Street. Hosts were great at communicating. Everything was seamless! Book now for ski in/ski out!

Beautiful condo, extremely clean and well-kept. Host was very quick to respond to any questions. Easy access to everything in downtown Breckenridge, walkability is a beautiful thing!

The property was as advertised. The owners put a lot of TLC into the condo and sparred no details. The unit was also very convenient to the downtown activities. We were very happy with our stay!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Jeff and Sandy’s Village at Breck Bright Haus Condo in March (2025) for (5) wonderful evenings with my high school/college age children & friends ( 6 people).The condominium was beautiful, just as described on the web site w/ plenty of room for our group.The location of the property was spectacular and located right at Base 9 of the Breckenridge Ski Resort, where we skied for (4) days.Having the ability to literally walk out the door of the building and over to the chairlift in less than 5 minutes was a “huge” benefit to making the ski vacation so much less stressful than dealing w/ parking and shuttle services (especially over the Spring Break time frame).Sandy & Jeff were extremely gracious hosts and easy to work with as well. They answered all of our inquiries we had prior to our arrival and during our stay as well. They always responded immediately to questions regarding their property, and provided recommendations of various merchants to utilize for groceries, etc..I would highly recommend this property and all of its amenities, including the numerous hot tubs and indoor/outdoor pool which overlooks the Breckenridge ski slopes. We had.a great time during our vacation and would stay here again in the future! Definitely worth the money and the 5 Star Reviews…

Excellent location for Peak 9. Fantastic property. Parking is extra but super convenient in heated underground parking garage. Directions for using the app for keys were easy to follow and digital keys worked great. Overall perfect stay / would definitely stay again.

This place was amazing. So conveniently located. Going there for the first time can be very awkward and confusing. The Brights changed that. From rentals to ski schools, it was awesome. You literally walk out of the building and it is all right there. You do not need a vehicle. Will be back.

This was our first trip to Breckenridge and we had a great time! The condo was perfect - great location - we could easily walk everywhere around Breck. The condo was super clean, well appointed, comfortable beds - it is exactly as it is presented online. We would definitely stay here again!

Both rooms can get very dark and the location was great for walking into town and to the gondola. Very clean, updated, and we would certainly stay here again

From initial booking to check out we were impressed with the responsiveness of the hosts. Never had to wait more than a couple of minutes prior to arriving to have a question answered. We didn’t experience any issues with our stay. The property was as described and maybe a little more. A lot of thought went in to having some of those little things you didn’t think to bring and access nearby to food and other condo amenities that make this property a gem. The host’s experience showed. We would definitely use this host again for a future stay.
