Stayed Nov 27, 2025The location was really nice, quick easy walk to the beach. We also enjoyed sitting on the deck, overlooking the marsh. The orientation of the deck blocked the cold wind, allowing us to enjoy outside without being cold.

Stayed May 25, 2024The place was clean, the 2 bedroom setup was perfect for us, very close to the pool, and a 5 minute walk to the beach. Overall we had a great trip.

Stayed Apr 22, 2023We had a great vacation and the Condo was just as advertised. It was clean, well maintained and everything worked. Litchfield is a great, quiet and relaxing place to visit and there are lots of activities and good food nearby.

Stayed Jun 4, 2022Enjoyed the back deck in the mornings and late evenings. Location to the pool and beach is very convenient. Upstairs tub was not clean and only negative.

Stayed Nov 27, 2019Very nice, clean condo a very short walk from the beach. We rented this condo at Thanksgiving given its proximity to our family condo at Litchfield and were not disappointed. Great value, nice amenities. Only complaint was lack of functioning WiFi and TV remote, which I assume could've been easily fixed but we did not bother the on-call maintenance team since it was a holiday and we spent most of our time elsewhere. Would highly recommend to anyone who is looking for lodging close to Litchfield beach!
