Villa with a 2 outdoor pools, bike paths, and a short walk to Coligny Beach

I cannot say enough good things about the property or the owner. Donna was fabulous at communicating, offering suggestions, and accomodating requests. Clean, furnished with everything you could need. Two pools, which are lovely. The property is walking distance to shopping, live music, and a grocery store. Easy drive to many area attractions. The deck is fantastic for coffee or evening gaming. Private beach access is easy to find and just a short walk across the road. I highly recommend this property to anyone. Thanks to Donna for amazing place to get away from it all.

Easy communication with owner, close to beach, trails and food

Great place, convenient to beach. The provisions were above and beyond for every thing. The entire condo was well thought. And they were many beach accessories to use.

This rental was perfect for the two of us! Clean as a whistle and super comfy. Loved the lagoon view, especially when it rained. We usually stay in the Folly Field Beach area, and overall I prefer that area for less traffic and fewer crowds, but I would rent this unit again if I wanted to stay in the Coligny area.

This condo has everything you need for your beach stay. The beach cart came in super handy when heading out daily. It’s a short walk to beach access and Coligny park. The condo also has everything you need in the kitchen if you plan to prepare meals while there. We appreciate Donna as she was super accommodating and took care of an issue when brought up. She was kind and helpful!

We had an excellent stay! Donna has thought of everything that you might need. The condo is very comfortable and convenient. The beach wagon and chairs were perfect. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone.

This property has everything you need and then some! This is perfect for a couple who want a trip to HHI for relaxation. Donna supplied everything from a beach cart, to beach chairs and umbrellas. It was about a 5 minute walk to the beach and SO CLOSE to Coligny Plaza, which we loved. 10/10 would recommend!

The host was very communicative. We really liked the location, which was an easy walk to the beach. The unit was so nicely decorated and clean. We truly enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate to stay there again.

Condo was true to pictures, no surprises! Great location, close to beach, bike path and restaurants. Nice, well maintained condo. Definitely would book again. Was a great 2 week vacation, wished we had booked for longer!

We stay 13 nights and find a clean and beautiful decorated cond. A short walk to the beach and coligny square and a balcony which we used every day. We recommend this condo to all nature lovers and you can explore Hilton Head Island perfectly on a bicycle! We hope to come back!

We had the best week at SeaLaVie! Donna has thought of everything to make you comfortable and is very generous with the amenities! She was very communicative and always available when we had a question. Her place is so bright and cheery, we loved the decor! We also loved the view, turtle watching, the pools and the short convenient walk to the beach! The wagon, beach chairs and umbrella included made it easy to go to the beach! Perfect spot for 1 or 2 people not looking to spend a ton of money. Just outside Sea Pines near Coligny but beach wasn't too busy across the street and the place was clean, modern and had an awesome little balcony overlooking their lagoon. Zero complaints and highly recommend

Condo is immaculate and perfect for a couple. Enjoyed using the pool and beach is nearby (across main street). Shopping and restaurants are within 1/2 to 3/4 of a mile. Unit is on 2nd floor which was peaceful looking out over pond from deck. Highly recommend!

We had a lovely time in Hilton head Island. We stayed for a week. The apartment was beautiful. It was very Clean. We really liked it a lot. It was a perfect place for the two of us and we like the location very good.
